Built in a beautiful conservation area around a picturesque 10-acre lake, the resort offers guests free use of its large clubhouse, clubhouse pool and Jacuzzi, clubhouse gym, games room, clubhouse cyber café and concierge services. Outside, enjoy the trails through the natural conservation area or the resort’s basketball, volleyball or bocce ball courts
The Bella Vida resort also enjoys a fabulous location: just a short drive away from Disney World. SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Harry Potter are approximately a fifteen-minute drive away.
The Kissimmee location is just off Highway 192 which puts a whole host of shops, restaurants and entertainment on your doorstep. You are also well-placed to explore the wider central Florida region. The Atlantic beaches are around an hour’s drive and it is approximately a 90-minute drive to Tampa, St. Petersburg and the Gulf of Mexico.

“This house was more than my family and I could have imagined. Lisa was very responsive from day 1. If I could give this home 10 stars I would. If you want to feel at home, this house is the best choice and had EVERYTHING we needed. The home is close to many attractions along with grocery stores so you don’t have to travel far. You will not be disappointed. We plan on traveling again and I will definitely be contacting Lisa to rebook. White Rose Villas made this the best vacation my family has had. We can’t thank you enough. We asked the kids the best part of the trip and they said “the house.” We were sad to leave but hope to be back soon. Also, thank you for letting me check in early and letting us stay. Have a great day.”

“This home is very nice and as described. Plenty of space throughout the home. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. The rooms are all great size and all have bathrooms. The pool and outside area were very relaxing. Nice pond in the middle of the homes with a walking path around it. Close to a few grocery stores( Target , Publix, Walmart), many restaurants and even a few miniature golf courses. Our family would definitely stay here again!”
