LIVING AREA
The welcoming family lounge area is at the back of the villa and has comfy sofas, patio doors out onto the pool deck and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. Opposite the family lounge is the kitchen with a breakfast bar seating three people. The kitchen overlooks the formal dining table seating eight people.
OUTDOOR AREA
The pool deck with a good amount of privacy has a private pool and spa with an outdoor dining area. Perfect for relaxing in the Florida sun after a busy day at the big Orlando attractions.

Tuscan Hills is a gated community. Located on the US27, this villa is in an ideal location to reach all of Orlando’s biggest attractions. Disney theme parks are a 20 minute car journey away with Universal Studios just a little further. Shops, bars, restaurants and golf courses can be reached in less than a five minute car journey.
Community facilities include sports courts, a gym, children's play area and a communal games room. An ideal way to entertain members of the family of different ages.

This villa was wonderful, I would definitely stay here again! It was large and clean and in a secure and quiet location. Our host was very responsive and provided detailed instructions on check-in and any other info we could have needed during our stay. We stayed there for five nights and everyone agreed that the pool and spa was the best part of the stay, it was spacious and was super relaxing. Each room was very comfortable, the space is perfect for guests who also want some privacy. I also appreciated having space for parking right outside and the games/a game room to keep the family entertained. This villa was exactly what we needed to have a relaxing stay!”
