Why We Love It

Waterscape C400 Overlooks The Courtyard In Classic Coastal Style!
Perfect Central Location With Lovely Views of Courtyard and Gulf

Description

Pinkie Flamingo Welcomes You to Waterscape #C400!
A Pinch of Sea Salt
King / King / Twin Over Full Bunk / Twin Bunks / Sleeper Sofa

New 2021 Updates! Accommodating, convenient and comfortable, Waterscape C400 offers the perfect canvas on which to paint your family's favorite vacation memories. With a definite wink at classic coastal style, this 3 bedroom plus bunkroom, 3 bath condo offers the rarely found combined view of both the spectacular Waterscape courtyard and the scenic Gulf of Mexico. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax both inside and out on the spacious balcony overlooking the Kiddie Splash Pad. This end unit is easily accessible from the elevator and just a few steps from drive-up covered and secured parking.

The open floor plan of this three bedroom/plus bunkroom unit allows options for both privacy and togetherness. With 3 separate bedrooms and a bunk room, there is sleeping in beds for 8 people with a comfy queen sleeper for 2 more if needed. Three full bathrooms are an added plus for larger parties. The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. The fully-stocked kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware needed for your eat-in dining adventures. There is indoor dining  with a large table and seating for 8 people.

Take in the fresh Gulf air while overlooking the spectacular landscaped split-level courtyard... a 10,000 sq. ft. water park perfect for sunning, swimming and people-watching. You are always just a few steps to the pools.

Whether it's a splash in the main pool with it’s stunning 10' waterfall, zero entry point and kids rope challenge, a float on the LAY-Z-RIVER, a dip in the quieter upper pool or playing with your toddler in the kiddie splash pad zone, Waterscape has it all.

Enjoy the convenience of the cabana style snack bar serving sandwiches, snacks and cocktails. Or fire up one of the gas grills for a family Bar-B-Q poolside. Resort sponsored children’s activities add to the fun. You may also enjoy the state-of-the art fitness center set behind the waterfall with a view of all the action. Or relax in an over-sized hot tub nestled in its own private arbor. Conference room, kids’ game room and secure covered parking are also available.

Walk to The Fishing Pier, newly remodeled Gulfarium, restaurants and shops. Drive 10 minutes to Destin, voted 'Best Beach Town' by Southern Living Magazine readers! Fans of deep- sea fishing refer to Destin as simply the 'World's Luckiest Fishing Village'. Golf Digest lists Destin in its 'Top Ten Best Golf Towns in America'. Explore the Emerald Coast from this convenient location.
