This cute one-bedroom bungalow has a separate king bedroom, full bath, kitchenette and living room. Less than two blocks away is Gillespie Park, with tennis courts, basketball courts, dog park, pond and gazebo. This charming pet-friendly retreat is actually a detached guest house set on a quiet, private gated corner lot on the edge of The Rosemary District and Gillespie Park. Dogs and cats welcome! Pets are people too:)
