Awesome views of the beach and pool. Beds were super comfortable and we slept great. The pools were great, both indoor and outdoor. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor one on our trip but it was fun watching the other families test the water from our balcony, lol. The seating in the living room was also amazing for our family game night too. My family also used the volleyball and pickle ball courts-perfect trip for us. Also, the grocery carts are provided were a huge asset along with the amazing covered parking space. I couldn't recommend more.

In all the years we have vacationed in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, this was absolutely the BEST condo stay! I can't say enough about the perfectly equipped kitchen and the furnishings were way above the norm. There was even a closet with beach stuff and we added a few things to it. The location of Phoenix VI is easily assessible to necessary stores and this condo 408 was so close to the elevator, too. We loved the view of the pool and walkway and of course the beach was beautiful. We can't wait for our next trip and hopefully we will be able to book this same condo.

This is my second time to stay in this condo and my family loves it. Great condo in a perfect location. This condo provides all the amenities you will need and the beds are very comfortable. The biggest plus is the living room sofas and recliners.

Everything was great esp the leather furniture. If anything, I would suggest to update all TVs esp in living room where your guests can download apps to watch their favorite shows. The only TV that has access to apps is the master bedroom. So my kids want to watch their shows in my bedroom! Other than this, it was a great condo! And easy access to everything and on the beach. I would say the park for this particular condo is that you have your own spot in the parking garage which is in front the door and right into the elevator and out the elevator is your room! Which is absolutely convenient for your grocery/ luggage/ loading / unloading !

This condo was perfect. Everything it says it is. The parking was amazing, access amazing, comfortable, well furnished and the view amazing. The only problem we had was w the TVs. Had to have someone come look at main room TV but very nice and informative. The master bedroom tv, called the number provided and she helped me get the tv working but next day didn't work. We survived without that tv for remainder of stay. I didn't want to bother anyone. Overall great!! Highly recommended!!

Our stay was fantastic! Condo was just like we pictured and clean! The booking process was so easy along with the arrival details that were provided. We will definitely stay again! Only negative was the master bedroom mattress was not comfortable at all. But everything else was great!

The condo is really nice and very spacious. The kitchen is updated and has everything you need. The coffee maker uses k-cups which is a plus for us. The view off the balcony was great as it was almost a 180 degree view of the ocean. Owners underground parking spot is another plus and right next to the entrance to the condo. No hot car to get into! We liked the layout a lot as the hallway and the kids rooms was separated from the main part of the condo. The furniture was comfortable and the tv's were a good size. We highly recommend and would stay here again. We also love the keyless entry as it makes it easier for the kids to come and go and you don't have to pick up or drop off keys. Great communication from the rental agency and very responsive. I would say they were the best we've dealt with in the last 15 years. The only negative which the condo building kept the fountains on sometimes at night and others it was off. When it was off you can hear the ocean at night but you could not when it was on.

This room was perfect for our family with 6 kids and 2 adults. The couches and chairs are really comfy !! The parking space was close to exit and covered which was nice. Everything was exactly what was pictured, beds were really comfy and pillows were fluffy and seemed new. We'd come back for sure!! There was some tile broken in master bedroom, it seems like something that could Be fixed with enough time. I'm sure owners will get to it asap. We loved the experience! Staff in building was attentive and lots of regular maintenance was happening which shows how they do take care of the building.

We loved the Phoenix property! Felt very safe with the gated entry always manned and the security guard we saw daily. I appreciate how the street side balcony is enclosed and the beach side are layered so no worries. The pool area was so clean and big enough to host all guests. Our unit was perfect on the 4th floor so we had great views but not too high up. The condo was super comfortable and fit our family well. The kitchen was stocked with everything! We all loved our first trip to Orange Beach and would definitely come again! The only thing we would change was the two days of storms, but nothing we can do about that. Even enjoyed those days sitting on our perfect-view balcony playing games!

Unit 408 had 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. Spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen. It was beautifully decorated and close to lots of shops and dining. Master king bed was very comfortable. And of course, the view was amazing!!!

The condo is conveniently located and beautiful and has a spectacular view of the beach. It has been recently updated and has one of the most well-equipped kitchens we have ever used. This condo was perfect for our family of 7! It was spacious and clean. The patio furniture was fabulous! The beds were comfortable and it was great to have 3 queens and 1 king bed available. There was plenty of kitchen utensils available for cooking meals. Location near elevators was perfect! Great view of beach and pool from the balcony! Easy walk to the beach from the unit. Assigned parking spot is in the best location near the door. We plan to stay in the same unit next year!

Everything was just as pictured. It was a perfect stay, with a perfect breezy balcony view. The beach was just down the walk way, and it was clean. However it is misleading in pictures showing beach chairs with umbrellas as if they are included with the condo rental. While there is a fee of 35.00 for use of those. Other than that EVERYTHING was exceptionally great.

Our stay at Phoenix VI unit 408 was the best we have stayed at through the vrbo!! It was absolutely beautiful and spacious! It was right over the walkway out to the beach, georgous view! Loved the service through the helpdesk at front, so helpful! Racquet ball was fun. Did not want to go home when it was time. The condo was so pretty and comfortable! Beds were great and comfortable! We really enjoy being in this location because you get to sit and enjoy the sites of the boats coming out of the bay and the pirate ship comes by each day. Also, the parasailing is so nice to watch and could get to easily. Right by Shrimp Basket and Bubba's seafood which are great to eat at!!!!! Grocery store close by. Loved the layout of the condo. Would not mind having house in that layout:) The pictures are accurate and even more beautiful in real life. Come stay here , you will have a great time! Our grandchildren ages 2-12 loved the pools, especially the indoor pool and hot tubs. Cleaning company was great to work with also.

We had a wonderful time in this unit. There was plenty of room! The view was wonderful!! We spent a lot of time at the pool with the kids. The condo had everything we needed for the week and a few bonus things for the beach!we also took some of the recommendations from the tablet on places to eat. We will stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this unit.
It was very spacious and comfortable.
Our only complaints are the garbage disposal did not work, one high patio chair was broken and the master bath & shower room were very dark.
We would still stay in this unit in a heartbeat.
This was our second vacation rental through VRBO in the past twelve months and we are very happy with the results and plan to use you again in the near future.

We had a large group: 8 of us and we never felt like we were on top of each other when in the condo. Living room was spacious, kitchen was big enough, very functional. Bedrooms had good space but they didn't have to be large since we were in the pool or at the beach most of the time. The balcony was spacious. We did find the sleeper sofa to be broken when we got there but it was fixed by lunch the next day! We would rent this again in a second!

We were more than impressed with this condo. It looked like the entire main living space had been remodeled since the last pictures were taken. The proximity to the beach and all of the complex amenities made for a great stay. We had four kids and four adults and fit comfortably with the space in this unit. Will definitely stay again when we come back.

The unit was decorated with very nice leather sofas, two leather recliners and very Comfortable high quality mattresses on each bed. The kitchen was nicely equipped and the private parking spot was very convienient To the elevators. Will definitely stay here again. The value for the money Was the best we have ever received at the Phoenix 6.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VI and the unit was perfect. Updated and very clean. The view of the ocean was amazing. Everything we needed was right there in the condo. Very nice. Very clean. We needed assistance with a very minor issue. The owners and the manager at Beach Getaways were both unbelievably accommodating! Condo is on a lower floor very close to the elevator. Designated parking space was perfect. Planning our next trip already. And the owners left us a complimentary bottle of wine. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

Perfect for family with children

The condo was perfect for four adults and three children ranging in age from two to nine. We loved the location, ease of parking, fast elevators, clean pools and uncrowded beaches. The condo is laid out so that we were never on top of each other, tons of seating, and privacy for all. Took less than 5 minutes to check in and we were unpacked and upstairs within half an hour. We walked to the donut store across the street and enjoyed beautiful weather and food at The Gulf right down the street. My only caveat: others said the lighting in the master bathroom was terrible... Well, that is because there are DIMMERS on the right side of the switch. Use them! We are already planning a return trip to this same condo.

Condo was located in a great location. Plenty of space for 2 families. Kitchen well stocked to prepare meals. Pools are great size and its a very short walk down to the beach. Only recommendation I would make is that the bathroom vanities and faucets need to be replaced and the condo over all needs a deep cleaning (mainly bedrooms and bathrooms). Would stay in this condo again.
