No early check in but arrived on time. Unit was clean and well appointed. Description was accurate. Notifications and communication was fluid and easy to understand. Extremely easy no fuss check in process. Nice corner unit. Comes with owners parking pass in private garage which saves money. Have stayed many times at both Phoenix 6 & 7 and the properties are kept clean and are family friendly. Save some money by booking direct here. You won't be disappointed.

We recently stayed in this condo for a week while my daughter played in a softball tournament. It was great! The condo was VERY well stocked with everything we needed for a great trip! We had no issues while we were there. The cleaning crew could have done a little better job, but other than that it was great! Thanks for a great softball vacation!!

This is a very nice condo & I would definitely stay here again. It was clean & well maintained. I loved having the under the counter ice maker machine in kitchen. Pools & hot tubs were nice. The four elevators are fast. Ike’s beach service at the beach was fantastic & very attentive. Beach was clean & beautiful. Parking space provided is covered & close to elevators.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful place. We were very impressed with the roominess and location. We loved the corner unit and the balcony size. The kitchen has everything we needed and the bathroom spaces were great. It was very clean and decorated pretty. Check in was effortless. I received all the info I needed in plenty of time to get in and having a parking space was great. We only had one minor complaint. We had 6 adults and 3 small children so we gave out of towels each day but I had no problem with keeping them clean except the clothes dryer had to be run double cycles to get them dry but that was a very minor deal. Thanks again for allowing my family to enjoy your wonderful beach unit. I will definitely try to get this one again.

We had a wonderful experience renting this beautiful condo. We plan on arranging a stay for next year in this unit. It was a corner unit with marvelous views from the canal out the master bedroom and all across the back full view of the gulf. It was very pleasant, spacious, well equipped and clean. The beds were comfortable, pools and Jacuzzi wonderful and the people of Gulf Shores really friendly.This was an absolutely great and renewing experience.
