I had some anxiety leaving for 6+ hour drive without having parking instructions, a key code and a specific address. I reserved the condo on the morning of the 22nd for an arrival on the 23rd. All the information was delivered on my trip down in the afternoon. I would have preferred to have it sooner. Condo was clean and in good shape. I will rent from your company again and I would recommend you to a friend.

We loved our stay here! It was absolutely perfect. This condo has everything you need. They begin your stay with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet tissue, dish and laundry detergent. It was very clean and the beachy decor was beautiful. There's an abundance of dishes, glasses, cooking supplies and utensils. The refrigerator was super cold and the ice maker worked great! The beach area and pool were beautiful and clean, as well as the beach lobby area. We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

Everything about this condo was a 10/10. Clean, well furnished, wonderful Views, amazing balcony. They have a really good management company. One tiny observation…. I'd leave 1 pack of dishwasher soap per day.

Phoenix 6 has a great oceanfront location in Orange Beach! it's close enough to everything, but not in the heart of all of the afternoon traffic. The pool is a great size and always clean, and the ocean is steps away. The condo we rented for the week was probably the cleanest condo we've ever had on vacation! It had more than enough space, and all of the extra items you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows if needed. The view of the ocean from the balcony is perfect! Beach Getaways texted a few times throughout our stay to make sure we were having a good trip and that was very appreciated. We will definitely book through Beach Getaways for our next vacation.

Enjoyed condo 806. Stayed in other Phoenix properties before but this is the best. My cousin and I do an annual trip. Plan on staying this same room next year. Clean. Enough room for 8-10 people if needed. Anything you need is there. Views are great 5 star all the way.

If anything negative, it would be nice to have a few more items left for guests in the condo, especially for the amount we are paying. But overall great experience

We had a great time. The condo was beautiful, well appointed. The master mattress was too soft. Location was perfect, lots of restaurants nearby. Several elevators made transportation between floors easy with no crowds. Loved the pool and pool area with clean restrooms just inside. Outside maintenance was meticulously done. First....the good! Condo was spotless. We spend a lot of time in Destin. This condo was the cleanest we have stayed in! Hats off to their cleaning staff. Great view from the balcony and everything we needed for our stay was provided. My five kids really enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, due to the social distancing, we were not able to use the indoor spa. Beach access was great and very convenient. The main complaint was the elevators. Four elevators and never seemed to run properly. Waited over an hour to try and bring our belongings downstairs. Ended up humping down eight floors! Wasn’t a deal breaker at all, but definitely an inconvenience. Not sure if it is even a fixable issue. Understandably, when the condo s are full and your are leaving on a Sunday, it will take some time. Just seemed like something was not working properly. All and all, great trip and a great condo!

This condo was exactly as photos showed, very bright, great decor and immaculate! Kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils. The bedding was very comfortable and there was a nice variety of books. The 8th floor was just the right height, balcony was nice and it was helpful that there were 4 beach chairs in the balcony closet. We hope to stay there again!!

Our condo last week at the Phoenix 6 was perfect. Close to the beach, shopping and eateries. The 2 bedroom setup worked well for us. There was a nice starter kit of paper products, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and cooking was easy. My family from WI and GA are excited to come back!! Thanks.

Beach getaway

Unit 806 was clean and had almost anything you could imagine stocked in kitchen. Didn't find master bath trash can till we were leaving it was tucked in a cabinet. View was wonderful we were there a Mon tues wed, so wasn't very busy buts looks like it could be. Wish parking would gave been included in rental 22.00 was expensive for 3 days to park in empty parking lot and not have security at all times. Only other thing is have rental company tell you were to get rid of trash. I was walking around parking lot with trash as the maintance man told me there was a trash shoot on our floor. I would recommend and stay here again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Loved it!! We walked in the condo & my husband said “You hit a home run with this one.” It was perfect for the four of us. We only had 3 nights so didn’t get to totally utilize the kitchen but it was adequately stocked. In fact, I loved that I found “my” Crock-Pot & some green glass casserole dishes there! My husband was thrilled with TWO coffee pots! Oh, and the balcony was awesome. I wish the weather had been better but we still really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint: the master bed is too hard. It needs a memory foam pad or something. My back hurt every night. A softer, more welcoming mattress would have been nice. We enjoyed playing Uno; I enjoyed reading one of the books in the TV case. And having the washer/dryer was good. Kept me from hauling so many dirty clothes home! We loved it & would definitely stay again...hopefully one day soon! Pearland Family of Four

Being at Phoenix 6 was a overall a great experience. From check in to check out - the process was easy. Plenty of carts made unloading effortless. The condo is on the beach and views are fabulous. I was familiar and not surprised by anything when I got there bc the pics online were very well done. We had plenty of room and had everything we needed. I booked this condo online with only pictures and reviews as a guide. We were very pleased and I would return to the Phoenix 6 and Unit 806.

We enjoyed our getaway. Even though it rained everyday we were able to enjoy the pools both indoor and outdoor. Our view was spectacular. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful

We came down for a quick getaway weekend, and this was a fantastic place to stay. Beds were comfortable, condo was nicely stocked, and the view cannot be beat. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony having coffee and watching the dolphins play in the water. Great access to the beach, and the people we met couldn't have been nicer. There was bit of a hiccup when we arrived (given the wrong code), but was quickly resolved. The property management company couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We will definitely return!
