This was our first time in Orange Beach Alabama and our first time staying at the Phoenix VII. This place was so clean and the staff were all so nice. The elevators are kinda slow but stairs are quicker. The views were amazing. And the condo was top notch clean. Great water pressure in the showers. Can't wait to go back soon. ❤️

Great room with splendid views! Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes and cookware. The unit could use more wash cloths and towels. I figure people have mistakenly taken them when checking out. Overall great vacation rental!

Enjoyed our time at Phoenix 7 for a girls trip. The condo was on the 2nd floor with a great view of the pool and beach. The condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. We always enjoy Orange Beach and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in 7213. The beach was so close and a great place to walk or just sit and relax . Our unit was cozy and comfortable and on chilly days we enjoyed staying in the condo.We were close to restaurants and shopping. I called Beach Getaways a couple times and they were very friendly and helpful as was Phoenix staff. Would definitely stay again!

Our recent trip to the Gulf was great. Took the opportunity to gather my mom and her sisters for a weekend at the beach. The Phoenix complexes never disappoint. This unit was well layed out and met all our needs. Great location, nice views from the balcony,everything in working order, staff was helpful and friendly. Only complaint was the floors were not very clean and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Would recommend and stay again.

This property and unit was everything we expected and we had a fantastic time and hope to return ASAP!! I love that Orange Beach is a little calmer than Gulf Shores but Gulf shores is just down the road in case you want to do activities or shop in the fast paced tourism area. It was always nice to return to the slower pace in Orange Beach after going in to Orange Beach. Everything was pretty ideal for our family!! Loved it!

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach! The condo location was superb, the oceanfront views from the balcony were amazing. We could even see dolphins in the mornings while we sat and drank coffee. Loved the proximity to the beach. The unit was very clean and met our expectations. We will definitely be back for some more R&R in the future!

This unit was wonderful for our young family of five. If you have younger children, I would suggest bringing your own plastic glass, plate, and silverware. Our preschooler thought it was fun drinking out of the "fancy" (wine, martini) glass at meals, but I was nervous at the thought of shattered glass everywhere. Overall, we give this unit and the views 2 thumbs up! Enjoy your stay!

Was a great condo, clean and beautiful view. 2nd floor was a plus for us. Had one Maintenece issue occur on the 3rd day and Maintenece was there within 10 minutes and got us fixed up! Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Very convenient to the stairwell, and easy to climb to the second floor. We never used the elevator. Large TV in living room, and one in each bedroom. Had a great week there.

First time visitor to Orange Beach!

First trip to Alabama and had a blast! Our experience with booking the property was the first start for a great trip. They suggested the perfect condo for us right on the beach. They were very responsive in handling all our questions. I do peritoneal dialysis in the room so needed to make sure we had a clean condo and everything was just like promised! I couldn't believe how many gadgets were in the kitchen. We love to cook and it was great to have so many glasses, dishes and pots and pans and even a crockpot which my husband loved for the beef roast he just had to bring. We were first time smowbirds and loved the area. So many things to do and so many places to eat. Such friendly people everywhere! We could see dolphins from the patio. The beds were very comfortable. We had a lightbulb go out in the refrigerator and hesitated to call maintenance because didnt want to bother them but we were told to do so because that is what they are for. They changed it within a few hrs and we could see in the refrig again! I also loved the washer and dryer right in the unit. The Tvs worked perfect too! The coach is uncomfortable to sot on but there were so many other comfortable chairs to use. Thanks so much for making out trip so memorable. We even played bingo with other guests and everyone was so friendly. The beach was beautiful and we found lots of shells. Loved having a grill available to cook on too. n. We would definitely consider getting a hold of Beach Getaways again! Thank you for making our experience so memorable.

Lovely condo in a great location

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on a quiet section of Orange Beach. One of the best equipped kitchens I've encountered in condos in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach - wide array of pots and pans, great knives and cooking utensils, multiple cutting boards, etc. The unit is away from the elevator so there was very little outside noise and it is only 1 flight of stairs to reach the unit - no need to wait on the Phoenix elevators. Building has nice amenities -- fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, beach walkover. The only "check in" is stopping at the Phoenix desk to buy a parking pass. Easy entry door code so no need to keep up with a key. One thing to be aware of is this condo is more akin to a commercial rental than a typical airbnb. In most of my airbnb stays, the rental is clearly the owner's home or home away from home with spices in the kitchen, lots of beach towels, beach chairs, other beach stuff etc. This unit does not have those types of things so remember to bring your own. Nevertheless I will definitely rent this unit again. It was a great place to stay.
