It was a great place to stay for our family of 5 with 3 kids. The property is in good location for beaches and places to go for fun and eat. The pools and other amenities were very nice to use when the kids were not up for the beach. Property was clean and everything went well for check in and communication. I recommend it.

Great Week @ Phoenix 7, Condo 1210

Condo was everything listed in pictures!! We had an excellent week with 4 adults and our 2 year old grandson. Very roomy, comfortable beds, and the Beach Getaway staff was quick with any questions or problems we encountered. There were 4 elevators and plenty of carts for easy arrival and unloading luggage. Never had to wait more than a minute or two for the elevators. Several charcoal grills on the property too. Kitchen has necessities for cookware but needs an additional baking sheet and another saucepan, so if you plan to cook, might want to bring your favorite pot or skillet. The pools (large, smaller and kiddie pool) and grounds were very well maintained. We especially liked the nice walkway to the beach and the blue runner from the walkway out to the sand. Have not seen this before and definitely a huge help pulling wagons, etc. to the beach. We washed towels everyday due to only 4 towels and washcloths per bathroom. Be prepared to bring or purchase DW tabs, multipurpose cleaner, trash bags, etc. as only a single use only of those products were supplied. Overall, our expectations were met and our stay was wonderful!! We would definitely stay again and look forward to returning to 1210!!

Beautiful, comfortable condo

Phoenix VII Unit 1210 was clean and well equipped. The location is very beautiful and we loved watching the boats leaving and entering the pass. The furnishings are very nice, beds are firm but comfortable. The guest bedroom furniture is a bit large for the room making it difficult to use the plugs (lamp). The door was difficult to close past the footboard of the bed next to it, but it wasn't a “major” problem. The toilet in the guest bedroom was “running” intermittently but I called for maintenance and it was fixed in a timely and professional manner. Our stay was very relaxing and I would definitely rent this unit again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property management company was exceptional to work with. The unit was very clean, great location, no elevator issues except for Friday morning when everyone was checking out, there was a long wait but that is expected. We checked in on a Thursday and out on a Monday and that was perfect as far as no elevator wait times during our stay. That was a big thing for us because PCB has horrible elevators in every condo it seems. Clean linens, plenty of dishes. Laundry worked perfect. The second bedroom door doesn't close all the way due to the footboard sticking out a little but we were able to stack pillows to create some closure :) . We will stay here again!

The Phoenix 7 property was a well kept and maintained properly. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was on the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Unit 1210 was clean and everything was in working order. The decor and furnishings helped us relax and enjoy the beach experience. Beach Getaways staff was very helpful in booking and answered all our questions. They checked on us to make sure things were going great. This was a fantastic vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable, well decorated, clean, had everything we needed and an exceptional view. It's obvious the property managers and owners keep the property up and clean. The outdoor and indoor pools at the property were very nice. The location on the beach was perfect for a pass view and beach view. I appreciate the blue beach walking pad and so many cleaning stations on the pier. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. This condo came with a covered parking spot, which was nice to avoid weather. Overall, great stay.

We had a great time. We went for a quick trip to celebrate a friend's retirement. Everything was perfect! Only thing we noticed was that the bedroom door to the room with two beds won't close because the bed sticks out a little far. It wasn't an issue for us but might be for someone else! Thanks for sharing your place we would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this condo! The amenities and location to the beach were wonderful. Our host made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival -lot's of clean towels, etc. Everything was perfect! Although we visited during Spring Break, the building was very quiet and we never waited more than 30 seconds for an elevator. In addition to luggage carts, shopping carts were also provided. So convenient for bringing groceries in!

Quiet Stay

We visited right between seasons so it was very quiet on the beach. Hardly anyone anywhere. The condo was nice. Comfortable, clean and had a beautiful view. A few things to make your stay a little more comfortable. The description of the condo says "private parking spot close to elevator" I thought this would be wonderful because my husband has difficulty walking. However this space is no where near the elevator. Really disappointing. It was closer to park in the handicap parking spot. I also would think that for what the cost per week is the condo could have more than one roll of t.p., one packet of dishwasher detergent, and one packet of laundry soap considering that the washcloths needed to be washed frequently because there were only 4. However, I'm just being picky. The condo is very nice and should be considered for a great place to stay. Just bring extras with you. The Phoenix 7 property is well kept and people are friendly. Not very handicap friendly though.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this property in Orange Beach! We have 3 kids, and they were all comfortable and had their own space. The master suite was great- nice to have a separate space for the parents! Everything was as listed, and we would absolutely rent this again! Definitely not anything that would stop us from staying here again. Well maintained facilities, nice pool, great beachfront!

A fabulous stay to wind down summer! This unit was amazing ... wonderful views from the balcony ... great pools and hot tubs... wish there had been an outdoor hot tub... but a great place to stay! We had a wonderful stay, just wished we could have stayed longer. The view was picture perfect, the condo was very comfortable. Everything you needed was there and more. After the last hurricane in October, we were worried about the beach, but this location you still had plenty of beach. We had a wonderful week during our stay at this condo. The condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. The view is awesome. Who wouldn’t want to go to sleep or wake up to the sound and sight of beautiful ocean waves on a powdery white sandy beach! The staff thoughout the entire facility was very friendly and helpful. It was great for my husband and myself. It is a 2 bedroom unit. The only issue was if we would have had more people, there would not have been enough towels for the bathrooms. There were 4 towels and wash cloths in each bathroom. Everything else was awesome!

The condo was very clean and pretty well stocked. we had to run out and buy more trash bags and clothes detergent but that wasn't a big deal. The beds were very comfortable. The view was awesome. My father in law went went my wife and I so we needed the two bedroom. He liked his room and the privacy. I would go back to this very same condo if I need a two bedroom again.

My wife and I were very pleased with this condo. What we saw in the pictures online is what we got. It was very beautiful with great beach views! You had these views from the living room, the bedroom and the back patio. The master bedroom was very spacey and nice. We didn’t need the other bedroom but it was also very nice with two good sized beds. The whole condo was very well decorated with beach themes. The kitchen was modern with plenty of room. There was a big pool with plenty of room to lay out. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

This Condo is well decorated, kitchen is well stocked, the view is amazing. The beds are very comfortable too. Also has covered parking space that is very nice and makes it easy to get in and out of the building. I highly recommend this unit. We will be coming back.

Our family stayed here and was very pleased with the room and facilities. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and the room was very clean and well furnished. We had a great time at a great place. I would definitely recommend it.

My family of 3 stayed there for a week and we loved it! The condo was in great shape and very clean. The beds were surprisingly very comfortable. The views were amazing and the beach was in wonderful shape!
