Our stay was once again great. Love the location and everything about unit K. The only issue that we had was some of the amenities in the kitchen, like some pots/pans stc.. Nothing that we couldn't make work. Tha grill also needs some attention. Also we were in the process of leaving and were not able to return to the room to finesse the refrigerator cleanout because the code wouldn't work to open the door. We definitely plan to stay here again and we're extremely satisfied!!

Absolutely love this beach house! The furnishings are beautiful and the proximity to the beach and pool are exceptional. We love being so close to the restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The property is well maintained and meets all expectations.

This house was much nicer than I expected. Lots of space for 5 people and very nice rooms, kitchen, everything. Great location, 100 feet from pool and beach. Great service as well. Got back from dinner and water was leaking from a light fixture. Called the Service number and they had someone there in 30 mins on a Friday night. It was a clogged AC drain. He had to go get parts but came right back and fixed in. Kitchen had everything you need and things like soap, shampoo. toilet paper, etc. were provided. Also have a full size washer/dryer in unit. They even had a dog walking area and poop bags/disposal for them. This was our first rental house experience and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and well equipped. The three full bathrooms were a plus as well. The check in and check out process was not complicated and Beach Getaways was responsive although we did not have to call them during our stay, I was confident that they would respond quickly if we had an issue. I can’t express how nice it was to stay at a place that was clean and felt clean when we walked in. The pool and the pool deck were also clean and orderly. The walkout to the beach was an added plus.

We stayed at Hammock Dunes for 9 nights and everything was great. The home had enough room for 4 adults and was perfect for our dogs. The home was steps from the beach and was close to Orange Beach activities and Gulf Shores. There are not a lot of sidewalks nearby to take the dogs for walks so we took advantage of the dog park in Gulf Shores and the dog beach in Fort Morgan. The communication from Beach Getaways was very good and they were very responsive when we needed assistance. We highly recommend Hammock Dunes!

Very, very nice. We loved it. Wanted for nothing. People in other houses did not pick up after their dogs. Even though a dog station is provided with bags and a can. Be careful walking. We can't wait to come back.

Our favorite place to stay in Orange Beach and it never disappoints! Hammock Dunes K was pristine when we arrived as always. Everything in the condo is sparkling, like new. The owners even wanted us to have new SS frying pans and the management brought them to us during our stay. How thoughtful! This condo's location is so close to everything you can imagine doing, but quiet enough to relax in its own little complex. Thank You Beach Getaways for taking such great care of this property.

The home was as pictured! Beautiful, very clean. Just a walk quick walk to the beach and the beach on that end not being busy as the condos weren't the left side was wonderful. The pool wasn't ever crowded which was also wonderful. It was our first trip to Orange Beach and our stay was wonderful and we highly recommend someone staying at this home. If we visit again we will be renting the home again in the future.

This is our fifth stay in Unit K. We bring our fur baby. Unit is short walk to the beach, clean, and beds are comfortable. Reservations are easy. This trip we had an issue with one of the toilets and it was resolved in a timely manner. There is parking for 3 vehicles with this unit if need be. We will stay again.

Our first visit to Orange Beach and our stay was great! We e joyed the unit had access to a pool and beach without crossing g a street. Plus it is dog friendly and our lab e joyed swimming at the State Park and MA y walks. The only inconvenience was the tiny amount of soaps and necessary items (tp, no salt or pepper); however it was noted upon booking a large shopping list so we should probably not have been so surprised. Overall the place was very nice and comfortable and centrally located. Also the management t staff were very friendly and responsive. Great time!

Our first trip to Orange Beach turned out great! Our stay at Hammock Dunes "k" was wonderful. The unit was very comfortable and the throws in the living area was a nice touch in the evenings. Everything was very clean and felt like home away from home. We enjoyed the pool each day. I saw the pool checked daily and cleaned which is always a good thing. The pool was never crowded. Location of Hammock Dunes was great for us. Convenient for Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. We loved it and hope to come back again. Great place, we felt safe, and covered parking for 2 vehicles is a plus too. Beach Getaways were friendly and helpful, thank you for a wonderful vacation.

We have stayed at hammock dunes K5 times now, and it truly feels like our home away from home period every visit has been absolutely wonderful period the house is always spotless, beautifully maintained, and so cozy, you can tell so much care goes into every detail period We come to orange beach twice a year, and there's never a question about where we'll stay. we've tried other places in the past, but nothing compares to hammock dunes. It is hands down the best. If you're looking for a peaceful,clean, and beautiful place to relax and make memories, this is it. We are already looking forward to our next stay! June 2023 - Great house!! Clean and spacious. Great location to great food, shopping, and activities. We could have booked directly thru Beach Getaways and saved. Living Room, kitchen, dining room, and full bath on main level with both bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and laundry closet upstairs. We would definitely stay again! Same amount of walking to the beach as a high rise condo. Super safe area. Two huge benefits to this house: 2 car garage and private beach! Phoenix next door had beach chairs 3 deep while all of our beach chairs were in a single, spaced out row. We had no complaints with this house, it had everything we needed!

Unit K at Hammock Dunes is outstanding. We have returned several times and as always, it was impeccable. Our home away from home. The decor is beautiful, and the beds are comfortable. A new TV was delivered for the bedroom during our stay and the man was super friendly and the installation was quick. This house is Clean and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and the downstairs bathroom is a big plus. Dining area seats 6 and a breezy deck seats 4. Big comfort sea foam green leather sofa are perfect seat to hold my Chichuchu. A total bug free zone!! 2 upstairs bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms are spacious and spotless clean. Beds are soft and comfortable with quality linens. Be sure to take your extra bathroom toilet paper and trash bags, one is provided as stated in the info. 2 parking spaces under the house and extra on the side. A great place to stay. 5 stars all around.

Absolutely love the convenience and privacy offered by this cottage. Very nice, comfortable and spacious for a family of 4, and the stand-alone accommodations provide excellent privacy. The convenience of parking underneath can’t be overstated. A huge plus. Walk to beach no different than any condo complex, and the conveniences more than offset the absence of water view. Thoroughly enjoyed and will stay again!

Almost perfect! The cottage was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Although we weren’t directly on the beach the walk was minimal and the wagon and beach toys provided were a great asset and the pool was great to have. The beach decor and furniture was wonderful along with the in unit washer and dryer. The location was just where we needed to be and absolutely convenient to our activities. I would absolutely recommend this unit and My Beach Getaways.

We stayed in unit K. The house was clean, well furnished, and very comfortable. The pool is so nice. This is not a criticism just information that folks should know - there are steep steps to get to the front door and the same to get to the bedrooms. We brought our dog and she had plenty of space to walk. Shopping is everywhere! You can buy souvenirs, groceries, alcohol, restaurants within 2 miles or less. We had a great time!

The check-in and check-out processes were completely seamless. The unit is very well appointed. The location is fantastic and there is private parking for up to 3 vehicles. There is plenty of real estate just outside the condo to take pets out fur a break / walk. The unit is not beachfront, but it is about 100 yards from the sand.

Adorable Beach Home - They thought of everything!

This house is adorable and has just the perfect amount of decor for a rental home. They truly thought of everything you could need and didn't add lots of unnecessary items. Just a short walk from the beach and centrally located - it's really easy to get anywhere quickly. The full bath on the first floor is genius. The pool and beach access are perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House Great Location

Lovely new house in a great location. Large rooms with plenty of space to spread out. Everything was clean and in like new condition. Not on the beach, but only a 1 minute walk past neighbors cottages to access large pool and beach access. Road noise noticeable but not terrible. Would definitely stay in this location again.

This is a wonderful, beautifully appointed condo. Very easy and convenient walk to beach and location. The downstairs beach storage closet is very handy and full of good beach things. Overall, great and would return.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect getaway for our family! We loved the location. Its close to the beach and very private. The condo is very modern and spacious with every necessary accommodation we needed for the time we were there. There was also a lot of extras for making our travels to the beach and fun at the beach complete. The Orange Beach area is definitely our favorite area on The Gulf. We are already planning for next year to stay in this exact condo.

We had a great time at Hammock Dunes! It was the perfect location and the beach was beautiful! We had one little issue with getting into the storage closet in the driveway, but the property managers quickly resolved it. Would definitely recommend!
