I have stayed at Phoenix X a couple of times and this was my favorite condo of them all. Easy access from the parking ramp. Beautiful view from the 8th floor L shape balcony. Lots of dishes and supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We LOVED our stay and plan on coming back for our spring break next year.

This was our 8th year in this beautiful 3 bedroom condo and we've already booked for next year.Right next door to flor-bama makes it nice to just walk over for great entertainment. Across the street is 2 places to eat that have great food.

The room was amazing. Clean and gorgeous. Balcony was perfect (my davorite feature). Gorgeous sunrises. My only negatives were few but big. The master bed was very hard. After six nights I was very sore. The master shower was very hard to keep the floor dry and it needed a seat. The security was pretty strict..almost overly so. But overall it was exceptional. The negatives are just my personal preferences

We stayed at this beautiful 3 bedroom condo for my daughter's 10th birthday. The location of this property is what makes it so special. It's directly next to Flori-bama with live bands, restaurants, and ice cream you can walk to in 2 minutes. The property is a corner lot and the first one off the parking garage which made for easy travels to your car when unpacking or traveling. The property was well stocked with all your kitchen needs and toiletries. On top of it all, it's directly on the ocean. We will be booking this property again.

Nicely updated condo with large, nicely furnished balcony and beautiful ocean view. Kitchen nicely stocked to meet all our needs, with close proximity to elevator and parking garage. We had a family of 7 including our 20 month old (we brought our own port a crib), and had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this condo.

Went with three girlfriends and this 3 bedroom condo was perfect in size for us. The unit was clean and the location next to the parking garage and elevator wasgreat for us. The beds were comfortable! Had to buy ice because the ice maker made ice slowly and the only other complaint was the shower head in the first bathroom. The water came out in tiny hard streams and it was uncomfortable on my skin and it wasn't adjustable.

I'm often hesitant in regards to believing reviews are legit and left by previous guests. Let me assure you I am a previous guest and we loved this condo! It was perfect! We saw dolphins playing 3 different times. Indoor pool is heated and amazing. We also loved eating at the Gulf Restaurant and Southern Grind at the Indigo Hotel. We Will be back to this condo!

Condo was very clean and updated. It provided excellent views of the many dolphins swimming by each morning. It was close to many restaurants and you could see the harbor out the front window and the beach out the headroom window as well as the living room. The back balcony was very large.

By far the best condo I have stayed at and the 20 years I have been visiting Orange Beach. Perfect spot for sunrise encounters. The staff did their job flawlessly. Room was very clean all the appliances up-to-date. Plan on returning in the spring of next year. The people we rented from were absolutely a breath of fresh air to deal with. Would recommend to anybody. Thank you so much for allowing me to stay in your condo

The unit is very clean and well appointed. Excellent beach view and view of the FloraBama beach bar and beach stage. Very nice appliances. Everything worked. Good variety of kitchen ware. Steps from the 8th floor parking deck and directly across from the east elevators. The elevators can be a little noisy, but are extremely convenient. The beds are very firm. The table on the patio is nice and seats 4. The indoor dining table seats 6 and the bar seats 4 more.

Couldn’t ask for a better location! Flora-bama next door, literally a 100 yd walk to live entertainment everyday. All dining and shopping within a 15-20 minute drive. Room was updated and conveniently located next to the garage and elevator. We will go back!
