The room was very clean and very spacious. The condo building was also very clean and well-maintained, with clean pools and floors. The pictures provided of the room were spot on, with a wonderful view of the Gulf of America! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the view at the condo. Perfect for watching the sunrise. The condo was clean and comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate booking again. The only negative, there's not a hot tub outside. There's three on the property, but all inside.

We haven't stayed in a place this new & nice in quite sometime! Top notch! Fully equipped and accommodating for the size of our family. Kitchen was fully equipped and all new housewares. Our blender wasn't working so we called and a new one was delivered by afternoon. “Beach vibes on point” One suggestion is a full length mirror maybe in the extra bedroom to view an outfit. Again, this condo was exactly what the pics showed online. Very Nice!! THANK YOU for such an enjoyable stay :)

Booking through Beach Getaways was easy and had no problems. I have rented twice with them and would recommend them for your vacations! We have stayed at Phoenix 6 unit 1003 twice and would recommend it to everyone! It is beautiful and clean. The view is amazing!! Great location. Close to everything. The pool and beach is right there and beautiful. I don't have anything negative to say. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Christmas vacation location!

We loved spending Christmas week at Unit 61003 in Orange Beach. It was beautifully decorated in calming, natural colors. The kitchen was a dream with all the organization and magnificent cabinets which made it easy to access everything. The rainfall shower was spa-like and the bathroom baskets kept everything in easy reach. I may redo my vanity this way!! The balcony provided a gorgeous view of the gulf and had plenty of sitting room for our family. We utilized all 3 bedrooms plus the fold-out couch and everyone slept well. My only suggestions are to have a basic set of spices available and more kitchen linens. We ended up using a bathroom towel to let larger pots/pans airdry and ran the washer daily just for the 1 dishcloth and 1 drying towel.

We were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather!! The condo is in a perfect location away from the elevators and at the end of the building so not a lot of foot traffic! Beautiful condo very comfortable beds and the patio was great! Only complaints were no spices not even salt and pepper ( minor things) the toilet paper holder in the master was about to fall off. Like I said minor things I'm just a perfectionist! I would definitely book again

Overall, the condo is clean and well maintained. The beds were comfy. The showers had great water pressure. Check in and out is super easy. I love pre-registering for parking as well. A few critiques…There were a few linens/towels with stains on them and hair. The shower grout/caulking is mildewed and could use some attention. Same with the washing machine, some mildew in it. That being said, everything else was great. The building had two power surges and when it did, the water shut off completely for about 5-10 min. I called the emergency maintenance number to inquire whether that was normal but did not hear back. It didn't happen again so I didn't worry with it.

Great Property, Great View, Great Amenities

I took my daughter and her three friends to the beach for a long weekend over Mardi Gras break. Communication ahead of the rental was very good, ensuring we had the check in information, parking pass arrangements, etc. The condo itself was beautiful. The furniture was all in good condition, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The view was great - straight out to the waterfront. The beach was easy to get to, and we spent most of our first day there. The outdoor and indoor pools were both open, and I used the gym while the girls were at the indoor pool. I do wish there had been some dumb bells/kettle bells/free weights of some sort, but the cardio and weight machines sufficed. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within 15 minutes, but pretty quiet on that end of the strip which was nice. I'd definitely recommend and stay at this condo again.

This is a well appointed condo with everything you need for an exceptional stay. We enjoyed it very much. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of storage all over. The only small feedback was the master bedroom had sheer curtains so once the sun comes up there is no sleeping in, which was still fine but on vacation we would like the option to black out the room. Still I understand most people are there for sunrise and sunset so a good view is important and this condo has an excellent view!

We were 100% completely pleased with this condo. We got there on Sunday & left on Wed a.m. It was so clean, very well stocked, master bed was very comfortable, loved the view, spent a LOT of TIME on balcony in the morning & evenings........saw Dolphins every morning. Only thing I would say is the standup shower is very slippery(so would be wise to maybe put some no slip shower mats for safety) We just put a towel down to keep from slipping & falling) Also, if you are looking for a place for breakfast/brunch or lunch The RUBY SLIPPERS is the place to go.........fabulous eggs benedicts :-) their hours are 7:30-2:00 Also, close to everything You will NOT go wrong staying here. Most definitely would stay again :-)

Master bedroom bed was wonderful so we're the pillows. Had everything in the kitchen you could possibly want. I would say the only negative was the sofa and chair in the living room needed to be replaced. The view was beautiful. The facility was clean and it was nice to have the indoor pool since we had two days that were very cool. Would come back again.

The condo, although large, was not overcrowded and the elevators were quick. Close to numerous restaurants like our favorite, cobalts. Would definitely stay again.
