We loved our stay at The Savannah. It was the best girls weekend! The three bedrooms were very comfortable each with their own bathroom. The place was super convenient to the beach, coffee, shopping, restaurants! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Beach getaways gave us a wonderful list of items we needed to bring and checked on us to make sure we were all settled in. We will definitely rent again.

Property was spacious and clean with a lovely outside porch overlooking the Rosemary area. We were there during a really quiet week right after Thanksgiving and really enjoyed being walking distance from fabulous restaurants and the beach.

Perfect location for exploring Rosemary! It was located right in center of the downtown area so very convenient to shops, restaurants and beach! Like that bedrooms were all downstairs and main area was upstairs and can see the ocean from the balcony. Easy procedure to check in.

Location. Location. Location. The kitchen had everything we needed. It's a small but surprising well laid out unit so it fits everyone perfectly and comfortably. The porch view of the rooftops to the water is amazing. Will definitely returning.

The condo was right in the center of the square. It was clean and the bikes were waiting for us outside of the garage door. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to hurricane Helene, but while we were there we really enjoyed our time.

What an amazing experience! We loved the vacation unit and location and recommend it for anyone who is looking to vacation in the Rosemary Beach area. This unit is in the heart of the Rosemary Beach square and just steps away from the pristine beach. Everything you will need and want is included with the unit for a very enjoyable stay. My entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the property management company was accommodating and very helpful. Look no further, this is THE place to stay in Rosemary!

Great location in Rosemary beach

Location can't be beat. Right in the heart of Rosemary Beach - steps from the beach, shops and restaurants. Layout of the condo is a little strange. One of the bedrooms is right by the front door so if anyone is coming in or going out late/early, it's an issue. The space is also very tight/small so I would not recommend for a large group. Also, walls are thin - we could clearly hear the conversation in the next room even with the doors closed. The amenities were good and very appreciated. Communication was excellent and responses were very prompt.

Rosemary is the Best

We loved our stay at the Savannah. This was our second stay at this property, and we are already interested in booking for 2025. We loved sitting out on the porch at night and listening to the live music at the Pearl. Very convenient walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The unit is perfect for our family of 5; very cozy, yet big enough for everyone to have space. The only real downside (and this goes for all properties in the area), the area really needs to do something for better internet access. While we didn’t watch a ton of tv, there were times that we tried to stream a movie at night and it kept freezing (not the end of the world). We love this unit and look forward to returning.

Good extended stay

We spent six weeks January-February 2024 in this unit. It was comfortable and a great location for access to the beach, restaurants, and bars. It was a six minute walk to the Sky pool,w here we went almost daily. It is a two-story apartment, with the bedrooms on the entry floor (3rd floor of the building), and the living room kitchen, and dining area upstairs. The building was quiet but construction and delivery noises, as well as daily garbage pickup, made for a lot of noise. The unit is well stocked (it lacks a can opener). We cooked most of our meals there.

What a wonderful relaxing vacation . The Condo is beautiful and well maintained and you can't beat a 3 minute walk until you are on a gorgeous sandy beach . Restaurants within walking distance as well !!! I would rate a 9.8 out of 10

Fantastic location. The layout is much better than most condos. Located in Rosemary Square area. The furnishings were nice and up-to-date. Could not have picked a better, more enjoyable place for our holiday vacation.

This is an outstanding property in the heart of downtown Rosemary Beach. The residence has two balconies, two masters, and a bunk room. The condo is very private, secure, quiet, and in exceptional condition. All three bedrooms are on the 1st floor and the kitchen and living areas are on the second floor with a modern kitchen and large balcony with ocean views. Less than a five minute walk to the beach. Our stay exceeded all expectations and we have visited Rosemary 25+ times.

OUTSTANDING CONDO, AMAZING LOCATION!

This unit is incredible! It is very well decorated and equipped with high end appliances and fixtures. It is two stories which worked really well. The bedrooms were on the lower level with the family room and kitchen above. Both levels offers large balconies/patios for outdoor lounging and meals. The location is ridiculously close to everything. A very short walk from the beach and shopping/restaurants. My 3 year old daughter led us from the beach to our condo without any help! I think the only downside is the unit is just upstairs from Sugar Shack and repeat visits for ice cream cones were too convenient! I cannot recommend this condo enough.

This condo is amazing. The use of space is brilliant. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Great coffee bar. Comfortable furniture. The location is PERFECT for 30A. Beach, restaurants and shops steps away from this condo. Parking is easy. Bikes were a plus! Would love to return.

The Savannah Unit 2E was perfect for our week long stay in Rosemary Beach. We loved how cute it was decorated and felt very comfortable and cozy during our stay. It was quiet but within only a couple minutes walk to the charming main street area where we had access to shopping and restaurants. The beach was within a few minutes walk as well. We absolutely loved staying here and hope to return!

We have been to RB many times over the past 20 years. This was a very well managed rental. It was a relatively last minute booking and the Mon- Fri rental option gave us a chance to rent this unit.Everything worked and was in great shape. Great Stay

We loved our stay at this rental. It's close to everything and the ocean views from the balcony were fabulous when we ate meals and snacks. Staying on the main road has its perks for closeness but with it comes a few drawbacks. There are delivery trucks that stop at the Pearl Hotel each morning, but it wasn't a big enough deal to stop us from enjoying our stay. It was nice to be able to run up and change or use the restroom without having to walk down to the beach. The beds are clean and comfortable, the kitchen is lovely with high end appliances and each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash that smelled really nice. We highly recommend this rental and had no problems with Beach Getaways, the rental company.

Mother/Daughter Weekend

My oldest daughter and I love the beach and the solitude of the Rosemary beach area. This condo; although, on the main drag, was quiet, very well appointed and had a view of the water. We never cooked but the kitchen had everything if you needed to cook. There was a little store below and great restaurants in the area. We sat on the beach by day and watched 2 sunsets on the boardwalk. The beds were insanely comfortable and the coffee bar was a hit. We will return!

my friend and I loved our stay at The Savannah Unit 2E! It was perfect for a long weekend! The kitchen was very well equipped. The location was amazing-so close to everything in RB! Lots of stairs to haul luggage when you arrive...but the view is nice!
