The condo was immaculate. Most all the necessities from cookware,dinnerware, blender,and just about everything we needed. Being on the 6th floor facing the beach, you couldn't ask for a more beautiful view! In my opinion it was also very affordable for a great vacation. Just totally awesome!!!

We loved this condo. It felt like a resort with alot of amenities. It was super easy to check in and out. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully.We really enjoyed the balcony. It was nice there were a couple good restaurants across the street and mini golf.If we ever return to Orange beach we would definitely stay here again.

We brought our two kiddos (4&6) and this was the perfect sized condo for us with a beautiful view, easy elevator access, hot tub, arcade, pools, and little splash area! We enjoyed our vacay so much! Quick beach access as well! Whole property was clean and nice!

Very clean and welcoming. The view was perfect. Any worker we ran in to was always friendly and had a smile. The only issue we had was the balcony door would get stuck. Other than that, couldn't ask for a better time.

Great location on the beach and also on the main road for easy access getting in and out. Great restaurants, shopping and fun game locations all close by.

We did not even have to talk to the property manager:) Our stay was amazing. The condo was immaculate, fully socked (even to bake cookies:), close to anything needed, beautiful beach view, ammenities ❤️ (2 indoor pools - heated, outdoor pools - 1 heated, gym, and do on). We will be staying with Phoenix again.

This is the first time we used your service, and I loved all of the communication via my phone text. It was so easy and convenient. We got a bonus use of Phoenix 1-1V amenities which was a huge bonus. The game room at our facility was a huge hit with our grandkids. Our condo was clean and safe and the perfect floor to be on. unit 2066 was a great set up very clean and awesome view of the beach and ocean! it was so nice to have security all over the complex we had no worries about not only our safety at and time of the day or night but for our vehicle would be watched also and by having all of the secruity made us enjoy our stay even more because se were so relaxed. the amenities were out standing to be able to have 4 building and the walk way to the beach was lighted and was not only helpful but beautiful! we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were disappointed that the blue ottomans in the pictures were no longer there because they were one of the reasons why we chose this condo, but it wasn't a big enough problem to complain. The condo could use some TLC in some places, but overall it was a great place to stay. The view really is everything, though. It's fabulous to be able to see the beach from 2/3 of the condo! I would definitely recommend.

Our 10 day stay

We were welcomed by the inspection lady. She was so thorough. There was a towel missing, so she had more delivered. The unit met out needs for stay. It was clean, convenient, and a great home away from home. The only problem that it had that the bedroom was next to the elevator which we heard all night and early in the morning. It took several nights to adjust to the sound. Good location to many places to eat and to adventure.

We had an awesome experience . Our condo was in top shape and very pretty. Easy check in only took 5 minutes or less and the property staff was very polite and friendly. The parking was easy as well. The time spent there was relaxing. We are already planning our next stay there.

The condo was great! It was clean, with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The hosts were easy to communicate with. The washer dryer in the condo was super handy. Nice size kitchen with coffee makers, blenders, etc. the bedroom was nice, the bed was comfortable - it had a nice foam topper. There was enough room in the family room for a queen air mattress as well!

Our family of 4 (with teens), absolutely loved this place! Perfect morning and evening views of the beach, easy access to and from the beach, condo had everything we needed. Also, it is located in the middle of some tasty restaurants, live music, and other night life activities. Will definitely be back!!
