Family Vacation

by Shanni 2026-07-16

It was our first time visiting Rosemary Beach. This VRBO was in a perfect location for walking between Rosemary and Alys Beach. We have 2 little kids and it was amazing for them too! Right on the beach and shops were very close. Our room was beautiful and clean! We will definitely be back :)

by Greer 2026-07-20

Amazing oceanfront setting!

Great time at 44e

by Tim 2026-03-06

High Pointe 44E was wonderful!!! Perfect location….walk to restaurants and shops!!! Great walks on the beach!!! Condo was great!…..well stocked kitchen, clean, and comfortable beds… It's wonderful sitting out on the balcony for morning coffee and watching sunsets in the evening!!! We had an issue with the outdoor cushions and Beach Getaway took care of it in a timely manner. We are coming back next year!!!

by Andrew 2026-04-29

High Pointe 44E is a wonderful property, centrally located, and a great stay.

by Tamara 2025-09-18

We had a wonderful stay!

by Jennifer 2025-07-29

Perfect condo for a small family. We traveled with two teens and the space was ideal for the four of us. The views of the gulf are breathtaking. The property is close to shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed walking over to Rosemary for coffee each morning. We hope to return to this property next year!

Condo was clean, well stocked and great communications throughout

by Sissy 2025-09-05

We loved our stay! The view, the close beach access, the bicycles and the customer service and communication was prompt throughout our initial booking to departurte.

by Elizabeth 2025-08-15

Beautiful Condo with amazing views and such thoughtful amenities. We loved our stay here!

Amazing Condo!!

by Kevin 2025-05-13

If you're looking at booking this place, just do it. You won't be disappointed!! Beach, shopping, restaurants all right there. We had a great stay.

Perfection in High Pointe!

by Courtney 2025-05-09

We have been staying at High Pointe for over 12 years in various units and this was by far the best unit we have ever had. Everything was clean, updated and well thought-out. The kitchen had everything you could ever need and a brand-new washer/dryer made laundry a breeze. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra linens. Hope that we can stay here again soon!

Perfect!

by Whitny 2024-12-17

Condo was perfect and well taken care of. Great access to beach and pool. Condominium was not crowded at the pool or beach. Walking access to everything at Rosemary beach. Beach attendants for chair service were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo!

by Casey 2024-10-21

This condo exceeded my expectations! I'm so glad that I decided to book one of the condos that is ocean front. The balcony was my favorite place! All of the staff were very friendly. The location is walking distance to a ton of delicious restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

by Mehdi 2025-07-29

Great location and clean condo. Perfect view and close proximity to everything

by Stephanie 2025-09-15

The condo was very clean and great location close to everything. Beach views were great and Crabby Steve's restaurant next door was fabulous.

by Valerie 2024-11-06

All was perfect! Great communication during entire stay.

Wonderful condo and location

by Carolyn 2024-10-15

This was our first time staying at High Pointe and we will definitely be back. We normally stay in Rosemary Beach, but really wanted to be beachfront, so this was a great alternative and still close enough to Rosemary to walk/bike and enjoy the town. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean (and smells wonderful), beds and sofa are comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Crabby Steve's restaurant was the perfect spot for drinks and appetizers while watching the sunset. Only note we have is we wished there was a hand held shower wand in the primary shower, like there is in the secondary shower. Besides that everything was perfect! And the bath soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion provided also smell amazing.

Great place!

by Robert 2024-10-20

Very well furnished and finished with an amazing view. We'll try to rent this unit again.

Fantastic Beachfront Condo

by Erin 2024-09-23

My husband and I stayed in 44E to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was just as described, super clean on arrival, with plenty of space for the 2 of us to relax. The kitchen was fully stocked. We especially enjoyed the easy access to the beach and pool, and the use of 2 bikes and beach chairs. The additional amenities were all in great condition (playground, shuffleboard, pickle ball, grills, picnic tables, etc) and ensure there's something for everyone. We appreciated excellent communication regarding check in and check out processes. This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach, though not to the FL panhandle. The High Pointe location was perfect. We were able to easily walk or bike to restaurants and shopping in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. A new Publix was less than 10 minute drive. We'd love to return with our kids and would definitely stay here again.

The most wonderful and thoughtful condo!

by Natalie 2024-05-17

I have stayed at this condo twice, and we could not love this condo more! They have a very well appointed kitchen with any appliance, bowl, utensil you could think of. They also have blankets, games and many DVDs in the living room which just add a touch of coziness to your stay. They also have small touches that make a big difference like a laundry hamper in the primary bathroom! The owners and property managers have thought of everything, and it truly feels like home away from home! Not to mention, the views are stunning, the condo is extremely clean and has THE most comfortable porch furniture. We cannot wait to return!

by Whitny 2024-05-30

Everything was perfect in the condo! Clean and well taken care of. Perfect access to the beach and pool. Elevator in working order. Condominium was not crowded with plenty of space at the pool and beach. Beach service attendants were very professional and kind. Would stay here again and again!

Wonderful condo!

by Michelle 2024-04-05

This condo was excellent. Well appointed, clean and beautiful views.

by Michael 2025-12-22

The view is fantastic with epic sunsets in November; proximity to shops/dining also very convenient. Zero complaints.

Lovely Oceanview and Prime Location

by Joy 2024-03-22

We had a lovely stay! The direct Oceanview was spectacular and the condo was exactly as advertised! The elevator and impressive ramp to the beach is a benefit to anyone with mobility issues. Location is prime with restaurants directly across the street and an easy stroll to more options at Rosemary Beach. The tennis players in our group were impressed with the courts which appeared to be brand new or recently resurfaced (1-tennis and 4-pickleball). Our only regret is not booking a longer stay. We did not visit the pool during our stay so I cannot comment on its condition.

Birthday Vacation

by Kim 2023-11-22

This property was even better than expected! We loved it and plan to return! 😍

Wonderful Trip

by Kristen 2023-06-03

Condo was just as it is in pictures, updated, homey and clean. Loved the balcony and very comfortable outdoor furniture to enjoy the view. We saw pods of dolphins from the balcony most days. The private beach access was great and having the chairs and umbrellas set up in the morning for you to come and go all day was so convenient. Each area of beach on either side of High Pointe was so crowded with 3-4 rows deep of chairs, but most all chairs for High Pointe were front row seating during Memorial Day week. We loved being able to walk into Rosemary and just across the street for pizza and starbucks. Would for sure stay here again!

Condo at Rosemary Beach

by Jeff 2023-12-22

The location and description of this condo unit was accurate based on photographs posted on website. It was very clean and it was very charming. My wife and I had a great time there! Carolina was very helpful to us during our stay!

High Pointe Unit 44E May 12,2023

by Mike 2023-05-12

My Dad and I take a trip together every May, and for the past 5 years we have gone to High Pointe Resort. We have stayed in 5 different oceanfront condos. Every condo we have stayed in has been very good. But 44E is the nicest yet. Most everything is newer, and it is beautifully furnished.

Wonderful!
