Clearwater Condominiums is just .7 miles from The Hangout, 1 block from the Waffle House and within a mile of countless restaurants, shops and attractions. You ll be close to the Gulf Shores State Park which has nature trails and biking paths. Some of the many other activities include: charter fishing boats, boat jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, golf, outlet malls, and live concerts and events at The Wharf Amphitheater. And of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

I love this place! Beautiful view!! Easy parking, elevator, pool and simple, close beach access! Comfortable stay in beautiful rooms, nice kitchen! All your needs for the beach are in the closet or sand room! Washer and dryer are great too!

We enjoyed the first 4 days on the beach. The last two days not so much because of bad weather but mother nature is to blame for that. We enjoyed the condo very much. Great place to hang our hats while exploring the beach and Gulf Shores!! Being right on the beach, amidst numerous dining options made it a great place. Staying on the first floor made the beach feel more intimate and made it much quicker to get out and enjoy what the area had to offer. Balcony furniture was surprisingly stout and a great place to relax at the start and end of the day. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condominium with us.

This property is very clean and perfect for a family of 4-6. It has a great view of the beach from the balcony. In addition, it is on the first floor and is easy access to the beach. Gulf Shores is a quieter, less crowded, and less expensive version of Destin :-).

Our condo (1D) was beautiful and very clean. The access to the beach was easy. Our condo had just about everything you might need for the beach. Ike's chair rental was amazing when we didn't want to haul everything down. It was not as crowded as other condos close by; however, there is a new condo development almost done, adding those folks will make this beach very crowded. The pool area was very nice; new deck furniture! We used a grill a couple of night without incident. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Gulf Shores, Clearwater bldg unit 1D. Gulf Shores and the bldg: We had never been at Gulf Shores, AL and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The Clearwater bldg is located at a short driving distance to restaurant and many other amenities. It is also within walking distance to the Gulf Shores state park and all it has to offer including the fishing pier. Although the pier is currently closed, it is said to open this summer. At the Gulf Shores park you are able to rent bikes, e-bikes, kayaks, Segways, etc. We enjoyed a Segway tour through the park and loved the many trails and wild life experience. The unit: The condo itself is very close to the pool and the beach, making convenient to the family to access the water and unit as needed. Our family certainly enjoy the proximity feature. The unit was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and in great shape. It had many more amenities than we expected including three TV sets, air fryer, toaster and keureg coffee maker. We had everything we needed for breakfast in the morning. The unit also had beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and plenty of beach and pool toys (boogie boards, noodles, buckets, etc). There were also plenty of board family games for additional entertainment. The rental management company: The “My Beach Gateway” management company was outstanding. They communicated in multiple ways through email and texts at different times, before, during and after the stay. There were clear expectatio

Everything was perfect! It was more than enough room for the 6 of us. Everything was clean and very cute decor! I wondered if there would be pool noise but you couldn't hear a thing even sitting right by the patio door unless it was opened. Five stars!

This condo is very very nice. It is on the first floor of the building close to the elevator. The decor is awesome and the layout is too. We have stayed at this location several times and ALWAYS look forward to going back. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The sleeping arrangements are very comfortable, there are 2 whole baths, and a very user friendly kitchen. It is in very close proximity to very good restaurants and amusement places. We highly recommend giving Clearwater Unit 1D a look if you're thinking about visiting this area. Don't think you'll be disappointed. Carlene and Dale

Great condo but smell in main bedroom and bath.

Overall, our stay was great! The condo is the perfect size with lots of sleeping spaces and great ocean views. However, when we first arrived, there was a moldy smell coming from the main bathroom and bedroom. We were not sure if the carpet had been wet at some point and created a moldy musty smell. The smell wasn't so bad that we needed to call maintenance, but rather used our room spray. Please check this for future guests.

I can honestly say, that our stay at this Beach Gateways property was one of the best vacation experiences we have had; I would recommend them and would book with them directly for future vacation stays. Awesome Condo / Perfect Location

I have been vacationing in Gulf Shores 3-4 times every year since 1990, and this condo was as clean as any I have ever stayed in, and only steps to the beach. It is totally updated and has everything you need, including beach chairs, umbrella, wave boards, etc. Beach Getaways is truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was only myself and wife this trip, however, this place will sleep 8. Only wish it had a hot tub. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.. Thanks for sharing your beautiful Condo.

It was exactly as described. We were pleased to find plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys available for our enjoyment. The balcony view was second to none. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony for an early morning coffee while watching and listening to the waves come in. It was a dream vacation!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. Location is perfect with easy access with a wonderful balcony view of the pool and the beach. The condo is very well done and spotless. Very comfortable and very quiet. Will definitely be returning! Hurry up and book because the condo is booking up fast! Management even came to check on us to make sure that everything was good and if we needed anything! Sure hated to leave!

We had a great stay at Clearwater Unit 1D. We plan to return to Gulf Shores and rent this specific unit again. The unit was very clean and furnished well. It was easily accessible from the elevators and only a short walk to the beach! The balcony over looks the pool on the first floor and made for great nighttime setting. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful and beautiful place to stay and enjoy the beach. The bedroom windows do need some blackout curtains due to the outside lights on other condos. A 2nd step stool for the master bedroom would be helpful, the bed is very high but very nice and comfortable. The decor is awesome, so relaxing!

Very soft blankets, well stocked kitchen supplies, great location near hangout. Clean! Quick response to maintenance issue. Only complaint was the smoker near us prevented us from enjoying the balcony. Easy, easy access to the beach and the beach in front of unit was not crowded!!! We will stay here again!
