The condo was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was absolutely perfect. Being just steps from the beach made our vacation incredibly relaxing and convenient. Waking up to the sound of the waves while taking in the breathtaking ocean views in the morning and evenings. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and every detail seemed thoughtfully planned to ensure guests had a wonderful experience. The property itself was well-maintained, safe, and offered excellent amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner/property manager was outstanding, providing clear communication and ensuring everything went smoothly from booking through checkout. Amazing View

Beautiful and spacious condo on the 21st floor with an amazing balcony! Our family, (six adults, two teenagers, two younger ones, and a baby), were very comfortable with the four bedrooms and bathrooms, pull-out couch and half hallway bathroom. Plenty of seating for ten in the great room and easy kitchen with bar and stools. Big dining table and areas to put your stuff including large pantry. The corner deck has seating for 16 and the view can't be beat. We enjoyed all the pools, lazy river, and the beach. Elevators can be a nuisance at check-in, but not too bad most of the time. The only thing I was a little surprised about was the toliet in the master bathroom has seen better days. Make sure it's replaced soon with a taller one so we old people can manage better! ha Also, the location is awesome! Close to everything! Hopefully, we'll be back!

It was close to the beach, which I loved. It had splash pad and a lazy river and a waterslide which my Grandchildren enjoyed tremendously. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was the perfect place to stay. My grandchildren enjoyed the splash pad, the lazy river and the waterslide. It was very convenient to get to the beach. All the basic necessities that we needed were provided. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We spent 7 days relaxing at the beach. This location is on the Beach, has perfect amenities ( lazy river, pool, kids special water play area, adult pool with loungers, corn hole games, pickle ball, tennis, and even a large barbecue area with tables). Close to Blue Angels base where we enjoyed a great time watching practice and then touring the Museum.great Dining and shopping in the area.

Perfect Orange Beach Escape

This is the Perfect Location for a Great Vacation Experience. Unit 2111 is an end unit with a very large balcony, equipped with enough seating and dining to create memories of a Lifetime as you enjoy the views, breezes, and watching the sunrise and sunset. The elevator service provided minimal wait times for both going up and down. The furniture both inside and outside at Unit 2211 is very comfortable and especially the large 8 Person circular table made for fun conversations. Be sure to use both the rocker recliners that swivel just be careful not to fall asleep and miss the action. The amenities at Unit 2111 provide for maximum pleasure. The large ice maker provides an abundance of ice for any occasion and the wine/drink cooler was perfect. The location of Unit 2111 is perfect to explore the Gulf Shores area for fun and relaxing. The Beach provides unlimited opportunities for the family to relax and make memories. Be sure to check out the Blue Angels practice schedule ( it's a 45 minute show ) as it's Free and only about 30 minutes away. If you're looking for fun at the Oasis be sure to check out the Lazy River, Adult Pool, Kids special area, Regular Pool, Large Bar-B-Quad grills next to the Courts area. All in All; we had an Exceptional week thanks to the Helpful and courteous Staff.

Orange Beach Paradise

What a beautiful place to enjoy all that OB has to offer. It's spacious and upscale with a large patio and plenty of seating outside. We got clipped by hurricane Francis, but it didn't matter bc the view from inside the condo is just as great as it is from the patio. It was clean and the owners and property staff were helpful and very professional. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as it was described online and it was very clean. The unit in the condo was the perfect location bc you could sit on the balcony and see the beach and the tennis courts so watching out for the boys from afar was superb! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place in a nice, safe location within minutes of all the other amenities. The only suggestion I would have would be to make the parking permit information more clear. The reservations state that there are 2 parking places available but it does not state that you have to pay $60 per card to park there. It wasn't a big deal but was a little bit of surprise since the other condos we've stayed in have the parking included. Overall no complaints! We plan to be back!!

First comments are centered around the actual unit. We are a family of 8 with parents, three adult “children” with their spouses and one toddler. The unit was perfect with four bedrooms each with a bathroom. Great laundry room! Great pantry! Loved the stand alone bar area and ice machine. Even the desk came in handy as several of us needed to catch up on work. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The open area is spacious as is the patio! Everything was clean…not prestine…but clean! These condos are flipped at least every 7 days. Realistic expectations and cleaning up after yourselves can be helpful to everyone! Now on to the condo facility. Parking was never an issue for us. Check in was seamless; plenty of luggage carts. We read reviews about the elevators and we never encountered any issues. The longest wait was under -0 minutes and that was because of an afternoon thunderstorm. We used the Pickleball Courts (2 dedicated plus one lined off tennis court). We didn't use the indoor pools/hotubs. Outdoor pools and splash pad were a big hit too. Overall great place and great unit for us.

Family Vacation

Our family loved staying here. We went with a big group of siblings and their families! There was enough space for everyone to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms, which made mornings and evens so much easier. The condo wonderful. When the dryer stopped drying it was a quick text and the issue was fixed that day with ease. Our only complaint is something the condo owner has no control over, the elevators in peek times are so slow! So be prepared to wait or do the 21 flights of steps, but overall not a big deal. We loved it!

Unit is huge and beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be looking to stay here again, but will plan for the weekdays since the elevator wait was not bad then. Saturday and Sunday had crazy wait times. Pools are amazing and the kids loved the slide! Great stay!!

This is an annual trip for us, and this unit 2111 at the Oasis was the best that we've stayed in. The location was great, convenient to everything we enjoy doing and places we enjoy eating. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and very helpful. When they reached out an hour before check-in to provide the access code I indicated we were on site just hanging out until check in and they allowed us to check in early, because the property had already and inspected. The seven of us have decided that this will be our location for next year and probably many years to come. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place for a great stay.
