We stayed in tower 2 room 905 for 4th of July weekend. We had the best time! The resort has everything you could want. The kids loved the pools and the beach was literally so close! This room has a great view of the gulf and was very spacious for my family of 5. We have discussed staying here again in the future! My advice would be to be mindful of the height limit in the parking garage. It's 6'8 and our Ford F250 would not fit. We were able to park outside the tower so it really did not alter our stay.

We are so grateful that we found Portofino Island resort. We had a great time. It’s very relaxing here. The resort amenities are second to none. It’s just a short drive to restaurants and shops. Lots of great places to eat in both Gulf breeze, Pensacola Beach, and Pensacola. The beds are comfortable, the couch is relaxing, the place is spacious, the view is amazing.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Island Winds West. The location was conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The view from the unit were spectacular. The unit had updated amenities that enhanced our experience. The heated pool at the complex was great to have. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and also to the sidewalk outside the complex to walk to the surrounding areas. We were able to walk to the different restaurants, parks, and shops in the area.

The condo is great. I really enjoyed the big tv and sectional. I also really loved that the fridge was pretty big so we could easily fit all our drinks/food. There were 2 different Keurigs and basically any kitchen appliance you can think of including an air fryer and crockpot. We loved the view from the balcony and spent a lot of time out there. We've already booked the same unit for our next trip.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly staff that explained everything about the resort. Beautiful views with access to all the amenities. We truly love our stay! I would recommend this area to anyone. Just make sure you bring trash bags.

Portofino Island/Pensacola Florida

My sister & I along with our husbands stayed in Portofino unit P2-905 from April 23-27. As we entered the unit through the exquisite double doors we gasped with excitement as we looked out at the breathtaking view. The unit was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We could see a view of the water from both bedrooms which was so tranquil to wake up to every morning. We witnessed beautiful sunrises & sunsets. We enjoyed delicious dinners and drinks at the on-site restaurant. All personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. This was our first visit to Pensacola. We have decided to make this an annual trip. We would love to stay in unit P2-905 again. We most definitely will be staying at the Portofino Island resort. All the accommodations at the Portofino resort were amazing and convenient. We have many beautiful cherished memories. Looking forward to our next visit. ❤️🏝️🌊

It is so beautiful that my wife asked did we hit the lottery. I walked in and said wow. It is the nicest condo we have ever rented. Beautiful ocean views. It will knock your socks off.

We had a wonderful stay! The photos don't do the condo justice at all! The rental company provided everything we needed ahead of time and was easy to get in touch with. We received key cards and 2 assigned parking passes inside the garage. There's a loading area with carts which made it easy to get unloaded and parked out of the weather. The location of the resort is set away from the other rental properties which made it feel exclusive and private with no crowds. We had the beach to ourselves and the water, even on a cloudy day was beautiful-we were able to see dolphins and rays all day. Each building has its own heated pool and hot tub, the main guest building includes a spa, restaurants, bar and both indoor and several outdoor pools. Even on rainy days, the view from our unit was breathtaking and unobstructed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony which has plenty of seating. You will be required to leave a card on file with the resort when you check in-this allowed us to order food by the pool and pay for spa services and other extras without carrying a wallet around-staff will scan your keycard for any purchased. The condo itself was impeccably clean with all the amenities we needed. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and pillows. We parked our car upon arrival and never felt the need to leave the resort. We will definitely be back for another visit and will certainly use Beach Getaways again for future trips. Highly recommended!
