Pinkie Flamingo Welcomes You To Casa Sunset Spritz

Pinkie Flamingo glanced in the rearview mirror of her hot pink Gem Car as she rolled along Florida s famous coastal highway. m makin my way along 30A she hummed as she neared her destination. Always in search of her next guest nest, Pinkie was on her way to Casa Sunset Spritz, a 4-bedroom, pet-friendly vacation home at Palmeira Villas. I am suddenly imagining a delicious tropical drink in a tall glass with an umbrella Pinkie mused as she pulled through the security gate and up to the 3-story Mediterranean style villa.
Today Pinkie happened to be making the rounds with her favorite furry sidekick an all-white Husky named Pinot Grigio. She was whining when she was born and unusually solid white in color, so I named her after a white wine. Pinot was quite the showstopper with gorgeous pale blue eyes and a truly blonde personality. Together they visited new properties pet-friendly ones of course!
As she entered the front door she found herself in a large open concept living space with a decided air of coastal cool sophistication. My kind of place ...thought Pinkie as she stepped forward and glanced up at the lofty ceiling. Although a mere 5 Pinkie always appreciated the special feeling of richness that high ceilings provided. The cool palette of beiges and gray was right on time, as were the swanky light fixtures. There was definitely room to spread out and Pinkie noticed the dining table could easily seat 6 with spots for 4 more at the counter. The modern granite and stainless kitchen was fully equipped for meal prep and even boasted a gas range.
Being a bird, Pinkie could sense there was water nearby, and was delighted to find a covered, private cabana-style pool just out back. It was even heated! It was the perfect spot for a dip and Pinkie jumped in and splashed about. The downstairs powder room was super convenient and a great place to freshen up.
On her tour of the upstairs she discovered 4 very spacious guest rooms 3 with King beds, and a 4th guest bedroom with 2 Full beds. There was plenty of sleep space for any party of 10 and the 4 full bathrooms insured everyone would have a proper spot to primp and preen.
The overall quality of the furnishings and d cor combined with the high-end finishes of the home had Pinkie convinced she was in the lap of luxury. There was even a wet bar and wine fridge. It all seemed too good to be true but yet it was right here. Casa Sunset Spritz is enviably located in the popular area of Seagrove Beach, a premier destination along Florida s favorite Coastal Hwy 30A. This winding scenic highway is composed of a diverse array of charming beach communities and quaint eclectic neighborhoods each with its own style and appeal. Seagrove Beach is noted for its central location, excellent local dining options and natural beauty. Garnished with graceful live oaks, stately magnolias and the glimmering reflection off Eastern Lake, recreational opportunities abound here including lake swimming and kayaking. Kayak rentals available lakeside!

As Pinkie pulled out onto Florida s Scenic Hwy 30A, she noted all of the fabulous eateries nearby 30A, Angelina s, Donut Hut and Branzini all within walking distance! With the crystal white sands of the Emerald Coast just 296 yards away, Pinkie knew this guest nest was going to be a winner.
