The villa was perfect for our family, clean, great location – really pleased with it! We did contact the management team about an issue with the door, but they resolved it really quickly. We also reported the mobility scooter we’d hired, as it wasn’t quite right but your team came out and fixed it. We would use White Rose Villas again and have recommended you to friends and family.” Villa rated 5 stars.
Thank you so much for your wonderful five-star review! We're delighted that the villa was perfect for your family and that you enjoyed its cleanliness and location. We're also pleased our team was able to resolve the door and mobility scooter issues quickly.
Thank you for recommending White Rose Villas to your friends and family. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to welcoming you back!

From booking with White Rose Villas, to departure, we have nothing but positive comments to make. All queries answered within 30 minutes and so lovely to deal with. Bonus was the welcoming pack when we arrived, to have milk, bread and butter, not to mention cereal and tea and coffee on hand was a godsend after a long flight.

The Best
by Dan

The place itself was great, plenty of bedrooms and a great common space. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn't working, not due to anyone's fault, just happens with these things, but the owner went out of the way to make up for it. I would recommend this place and look forward to future stays here myself.

We stayed at 1315 Seasons Boulevard, Kissimmee between the 5th and 19th of July 2025, we had a party of 11 and the house had 6 bedrooms , the house was the perfect size for our family group and we had plenty of space to keep everyone entertained, we used the outdoor pool every day and on occasions the jacuzzi as well, we also purchased the BBQ which was easy to use and helped to mix our balance of eating out and in, we were 16 miles away from Universal and our journey was approximately 20/30 minutes when we visited the parks, it was a good base and covered all our needs, we did have some small issues , but they were resolved very quickly and I can honestly say the communication was excellent in resolving these issues, the base was also very good for the many restaurants in the area and I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of getting tables for 11 people. Overall I would highly recommend the accommodation for larger families, the house was clean and immaculate on our arrival which enabled us to settle in quickly, we had an excellent stay in Florida and would use White Rose Villas again.

Our family had a wonderful vacation! The home was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It's in a perfect location, close to parks, supermarket, and restaurants. The host was incredibly accommodating and flexible, even allowing additional family members to stay overnight without exceeding the property's guest capacity. Communication was excellent, and they quickly helped us with any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, comfortable, convenient and family friendly. Highly recommend it!

Me and my family came down to Florida for our first family vacation and we are so happy we chose to stay here. Customer service from Ellis Exclusive Villas was first class. The home was so clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Lisa checked on us to make sure everything was going great. The kids enjoyed the snacks and drinks that were available for us when we arrived. The location is great! There's so many restaurants and Walmart is right there within a walking distance. We will definitely be staying

House was exactly as advertised. The pool & hot tub were great. It was wonderful to have a hot tub that actually worked. This hot tub was how hot tubs should be. Fab location. Walmart less than 1 minute drive which made it convenient for us to replenish supplies as needed. This is our favorite rental property in this area! We will be back very soon.

My wife and I stayed in this house for a week with our 4 children. It is much larger inside (well-designed) than we expected from the photos. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had comfortable beds. The neighbors appeared to be home-owning professionals. The house is very close to supermarkets, restaurants, Disney, etc. The management company is particularly attentive and responsive. We have rented 5 houses in Florida for family vacations. This was the best one.

Great spacious and clean home. First time I've stayed in a home with a hot tub, and it was awesome. We had issue logging on to WiFi, contacted property manager and they were quick to respond and very friendly.

The house was very clean and the kids especially enjoyed the pool. It is conveniently located near Disney, grocery stores, restaurants etc. We liked that each king room had its own bathroom and that the neighborhood was quiet at night. Overall we had a great stay here.

The house was comfortable with modern interior and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The beds were really comfortable and it was good having 4 king master bedrooms as everyone had their own personal space. This made it easier getting out the door for an early start at Disney. The pool deck was spacious and got the sun all day. When it did rain the covered patio provided shelter and this was a great space to play cards with the family. Lisa was very responsive with providing us with information for a smooth and

We had an absolute blast at this awesome home. It was like our own little piece of paradise. The hot tub was our go-to spot for chillin' after a day at Disney, and the pool was a total game-changer - the kids were in heaven! It was so close to Disney, we practically rolled out of bed and landed right in the park! The house itself was super cosy and had everything we needed for an epic family holiday. Big thanks to the Martha and Lisa for hooking us up with such a rad spot.

Had a great stay with my family. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was very spacious as well as the bedrooms. The AC was great, as it took only minutes to get the house cool on those 90 degree days. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet and clean! Especially loved how close we were to attractions, restaurants and shops. Great vacation rental.
