This is our 5th time staying here and we love it every time. It's like coming home! Lisa and Martha are great and the house is always spotless. Great home, wonderful customer service and we love the goodies on arrival. Thank you again for another great stay.

Thank you so much for your continued support and for choosing to stay with us time and time again! 😊 It truly means so much to hear that the home feels like coming home for your family. We will be sure to share your kind words with Lisa and Martha. We cannot wait to host you for stay number six!

Great place

by Kate 2026-04-27

We loved our time here. The house was great and location was spot on. The check in was very smooth and we loved the food and drink pack given by the host. It was really appreciated, especially after a long journey from the UK. Walmart was just around the corner and to be honest we didn't need to hire a car. Ubers were very cheap and worked out better as we didn't have to pay for parking at the parks. The house was great for relaxing and we loved the pool area.

Thank you for your lovely review! We're so glad you enjoyed the home, location, and smooth check-in. It's great to hear the welcome pack made a difference after your travels, and that you were able to relax and enjoy the pool area. We'd love to host you again anytime!

by Charlene 2026-04-13

We had a couple of very minor issues, which were dealt with immediately. Very good communication and a lovely stay.

Great Family Stay – Sunny Pool, Quiet Location & Close to Everything

by Derek 2026-04-13

We had a really lovely stay here. The house had everything we needed and felt very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The pool area was a real highlight for us—it gets the sun all day, which was perfect for relaxing while the kids were in the pool. The community itself was very quiet, and we enjoyed going for evening walks around the lake while the kids played at the park nearby. Location-wise, it worked really well. Being able to walk to Walmart, Chick-fil-A and Medieval Times was so handy, and getting to Disney was straightforward—around 20 minutes or so. All in all, a great stay and we’d definitely come back again.

Thank you so much! 😊 We're so glad you had a lovely stay and enjoyed the pool, location, and peaceful surroundings. We'd love to host you again!

The villa was clean, spacious, and perfectly located for Disney and Universal. The pool was a great bonus and the team was super helpful. We’d definitely stay again

by Kristy 2025-09-03

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish. The south-facing pool meant sunshine all day, and the comfortable sun loungers made relaxing by the water so easy. All beds were incredibly comfortable – we all had the best nights’ sleep. The games room was a big hit, especially the retro arcade machine (Pac-Man was a family favorite!). The kids didn’t want to leave, and having two living rooms worked perfectly for our multi-generational family break. The game room was fully air-conditioned, and had such a fun retro theme. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

Great Stay and Even Better Hospitality

by Heidi 2025-07-27

Everyone was nice. If we had a issue they were there to fix it. We had a welcome package of food when we got there. Which they didn't have to do but did. On departure of the house we cleaned all the towels and folded them and put them on the dryer. All the sheets used we put them in the game room next to the washer. And we did all the dishes cleaned and put away. I might have left my mountain dew on the table on accident 3am my heads not all there 😅. But it should be a easy clean. We made sure we took care of it like it was our own. Thank you so much

by Justin 2025-07-25

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and they were super responsive and helpful throughout. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place to stay

by Monica 2022-06-04

The house was perfect for my party of 8. It’s very spacious and offers all the amenities you could need. The location is great. The Wal-Mart is no more than a mile away down the street and is extremely convenient. The Disney and Universal parks are 20-25 minutes away depending on the park you’re going to and it’s very easy to get there. Would highly recommend to anyone with a large party/family looking for a Disney vacation in a comfortable house with a great location. Lisa is also super r

This place was very nice and spacious. It wasn't far from Disney parks, and plenty of food options close to the home. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Excellent location and amenities

by Mike & Lisa 2021-09-15

This was our second stay at Seasons, and as soon as we got back to the UK I was busy booking flights so that we can return again next year. As reviews and recommendations go that really is about as good as it gets. I wrote a reasonably extensive review after our first stay in February 2015 and since then things have got even better with some redecoration and new soft furnishings. Some of our favourite bits are...... Location - 5 minutes drive to the 192 with shops, restaurant and entertainment, yet the vill

Loved this place so much

by Steve 2021-10-01

The L villa was amazing and had everything we needed for our stay ....we were a group of 7 adults and made use of all 4 bedrooms and have nothing but praise for the whole experience...great location in quiet, friendly community...although not used much ..the pool was fab....can't recommend highly enough and the owner Lisa was great to deal with....

Our 2nd stay

by KELLY 2022-05-15

This is our home away from home. Love the upgrades and new flooring. The master bedroom looks amazing too and we loved the new mattress. We didn't want to get out of bed! Thank you again for another wonderful stay and we will see you next year.

Totally Retro Fun: A Pac-Man Paradise with a South-Facing Pool!

by Mike & Lisa 2024-04-02

We had the most amazing time at this groovy home with a retro games room featuring a Pac-Man arcade and a south-facing pool! Talk about the ultimate throwback experience! The Pac-Man arcade brought back so many memories, and the south-facing pool was perfect for soaking up the sun all day long. We spent hours playing games and lounging by the pool - it was like living in our own little paradise. The house itself was super comfy and had a cool vibe that made us feel right at home. Huge thanks to the hosts fo

"Our holiday was amazing - the villa was beautiful, very clean, great location, it had everything in it that you would need. We had an issue with the air conditioning which wasn't working, so we called the management company, and they walked us through all the possible causes, and it turned out to be a sensor that had fallen off the back door, so it was an easy fix. Very happy with every element of our trip."

Beautiful home

by Keith 2015-10-10

House was beautiful and accommodated our family of 7 perfectly. The development was quiet and off the main drag and only a few minutes from walmart for easy shopping. This house was in a nice location within the development as well. Disney was 15 minutes away with minimal traffic and no tolls. We were welcomed with a nice hospitality basket. House was immaculate. Host and property management were extremely responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this property and would gladly return here for a stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Definitely felt like our rental was a home away from home. Staff was very responsive, polite and very helpful.

Lovely Villa

by Brenda 2016-07-26

We have recently enjoyed a busy few days in this Villa and enjoyed its location to the parks. We found it to be very clean and spacious with every thing we needed including a kettle. The pool was a lovely area even though we could not use it all the time due to the weather. Overall we would have no hesitation in returning to this Villa.

Stay here now!

by Don 2017-08-05

This property made our family's dream vacation come true. We gave our children and grandchildren a trip to the Orlando area theme parks as a Christmas present. 10 of us made amazing memories in this home. The stylish decor and set up dining room and kitchen were attention getting and made us realize this was not just another vacation rental. Soon after our arrival our property manager delivered bags of groceries, beer and wine! This meant we didn't have to rush out to the store (although it's in walking distance for us). The 4 kids were immediately in the gorgeous pool playing basketball which kept them amused and out of everyone's hair. When they tired of that they retreated to the game room and had many hours of fun playing pool, fooseball and air hockey. The house is well equipped and when we experienced a slight problem with the a/c our property manager was there in a flash to fix it. The photos of this place don't even do it justice and communications with the owner prior to our arrival made everything super easy. We would absolutely stay again!

This place is amazing! The perfect spot for a family who is going to Disney. The house is very clean and spacious. Our daughter and son loved the heated pool and we spent a lot of time in there. Disney was only a 20 minute drive. Lots of restaurants in the area too. Lisa was quick with her responses and had good restaurant recommendations. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was beyond our expectations.

by Nancy 2020-12-26

This house is amazing! There was plenty of space for our family of 9 to relax and be comfortable! The upgrades recently done to the home are exceptional! Kitchen is stocked with plenty of essentials! The back yard pool area is so relaxing and the pool/jacuzzi was a hit for the kiddos! Lisa was very quick to answer any questions we had and we will definitely book this home for our future Orlando trips! Amazing stay. Home from home with luxury items added. Plenty of seating and dining options for our group. We were two families sharing and we were impressed with the space. The beds are so comfy and we all had great night sleep. Loved the coffee bar idea and it was a lovely surprise to see the complimentary coffee pods. The location was ideal and 15 minutes we were at Disney. We all enjoyed our stay and thank you for sharing with us. We made amazing memories.

The house has everything you possibly need. Our family was comfortable, great location, house is very spacious, and we felt at home. There is sufficient cooking supplies and utensils which is a plus as we have a big family and like to cook. The games room is a cool retro theme and we spent most of our time in there. We will go back and book with the Ellis Villas again when I go back to Orlando.

Close to Disney, we loved pool and hot tub, quiet neighbourhood

We had an incredible time staying at this vacation home! The highlight for us was definitely the pool and spa area. It was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and unwind after long days exploring the attractions. The retro games room was a hit with the whole family, especially the arcade machine – it brought back so many memories! The location was ideal, being so close to Disney and a variety of restaurants. It made it easy for us to pop out for meals or quickly get to the parks. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. We'll definitely be recommending it to friends and family

The communication and willingness to handle a few things that weren’t working properly when we arrived. We’re outstanding we were only about 20 minutes away from Disney which was nice. The pool was great. The great game room was super fun.

Great hosts. The support staff was very responsive, close to a lot of attractions but far enough for a nice retreat from all the noise. Peaceful and warm. It was a really great stay for some much needed R&R after my Grandmothers passing. Highly recommend
