St Patricks Day celebrates St Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland. It’s a day to wear green and celebrate your love of all things Irish!

 

It’s a big day in the USA since many Americans have a claim to some Irish ancestry.

 

But how should you celebrate St Patrick’s Day? If you’re visiting Orlando today, on 17^th March, why not try some of these ideas? Head over and join the revelries!

 

Raglan Road at Disney Springs

 

The party is already in full swing over at Disney Springs. Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant kicked off its annual St Patrick’s Day festival on Friday 14 March, with events and celebrations through until today.

 

 

The Irish themed pub serves up traditional and contemporary Irish dishes made with the finest local ingredients. Feast on hearty favourites like bangers & mash, fish & chips, shepherd’s pie, boxty potato pancakes and braised beef short ribs. And, of course, you can enjoy a pint of Guinness or an Irish whisky.

On St Patrick’s Day, you can enjoy the St Patrick’s Day celebration atmosphere with live Irish dancing performances during the day and then with live music later into the evening.

Mulligans in Celebration

 

Mulligans Irish Pub on Blake Boulevard in Celebration, too, has been partying all week in preparation for today. The Irish pub in the charming lakeside town of Celebration has been winding up to St Patricks Day with a series of events from Monday 10^th March.

Sadly, it’s located away from the downtown Celebration area, but it’s close to the Publix supermarket at Water Tower Shoppes. You can read more about its St Patrick’s Day events here.

Today, you can head over there to enjoy a pint of Guinness in a convivial atmosphere before the party kicks off at 5pm with a live DJ.

 

The Harp and Celt Restaurant in downtown Orlando

 

If you’re willing to venture as far as downtown Orlando, you can check out The Harp and Celt Restaurant and Pub, which has been serving up Irish hospitality in Orlando for some 15 years.

Since 2007, The Harp and Celt has been pouring the perfect pints of Guinness and cooking up classic Irish dishes, like Irish stew, fish and chips and traditional Irish breakfasts, from its Magnolia Avenue location.

 

 

The Magnolia Avenue part of downtown Orlando is known for its lively atmosphere, with bars, restaurants, and cultural spots like theatres and galleries. The area is popular for its nightlife and events, so it can be bustling and energetic depending on the area and time of day.

St Patrick’s Day is a great opportunity to explore the area while enjoying some authentic Irish hospitality.

 

St Patrick’s Day at SeaWorld

 

If you have little ones with you or you would simply prefer the slower pace of a more family-oriented event, SeaWorld has an option for you. There, you can enjoy a little of the St Patrick’s Day spirit as part of your park admission.

The SeaWorld Orlando St. Patrick’s Day Celebration is a lively and family-friendly event that takes place as part of the park’s Seven Seas Food Festival. The event is designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for all ages, making it a great outing for families.

 

 

SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival runs from January 31 to May 4, 2025, on select dates. It features over 190 internationally inspired dishes, along with a variety of wines, craft beers and cocktails. There’s also live music and concerts from popular artists every weekend, included within the park admission. The festival incorporates themed events like Mardi Gras, Cinco de Mayo and, of course, St. Patrick’s Day.

This year, the St Patrick’s Day festivities run from March 13–17 and March 20–23, 2025.

The heart of the celebration is the Irish Market Plaza where you’ll discover live Irish music, stilt walkers and vibrant entertainment throughout the day. You can enjoy live performances from talented musicians and performers who bring the spirit of Ireland to life with traditional melodies and dances. Dig into some traditional Irish cuisine, with classic dishes like shepherd’s pie, corned beef and cabbage, and themed drinks such as the Shamrock Sour.

We’re excited to have transitioned from Ciirus PMS to Streamline PMS. We believe this powerful platform will enhance your experience as a White Rose Villas owner.

 

One of the biggest changes you’ll notice is how owner statements are structured. We understand that adjusting to a new system takes time, so this blog is intended as a guide that will help you to navigate the key differences and new features.

 

Key differences between Streamline & Ciirus statements

 

1. Enhanced statement layout and organization

A major improvement in Streamline is how statements are structured.

• Ciirus Statements were very basic, similar to a bank statement, listing transactions without a clear breakdown of income, expenses, or financial details. There was no summary, making it difficult to get a quick financial overview.
• Streamline Statements provide a detailed, itemized breakdown of all income, expenses, and deductions, offering much greater transparency and clarity.

 

2. Monthly statement generation

Both Ciirus and Streamline generate statements on a monthly basis rather than in real time. Your finalized statement will be available by the 15th of each month, reflecting all income, expenses, and payouts.

• Ciirus: Monthly statements with a simple transaction list.
• Streamline: Monthly statements with structured sections, making it easier to track financials.

 

3. Cleaning charges have changed

With the move to Streamline, you will no longer see cleaning charges for WRV guest bookings on your statement. You’ll see only cleaning charges for:

• Owner stays
• Owner guest stays
  will now appear as an expense.

This means greater clarity in tracking your own charges versus those covered by White Rose Villas for guest bookings.

 

Let’s take a look at the different sections of the Streamline statements so you know what to expect.

 

Understanding the Streamline statement sections

 

1. Account summary

This section provides an overview of your income and expenses, giving you a high-level breakdown of your monthly financials.

•  “Balance Due” – This is the amount being paid to the owner.
•  “Total Balance Owed” – This is the amount the owner owes to White Rose Villas.

• Scroll down to the bottom of “Your Account Summary” on your statement.
• The “Balance Due” reflects your owner payout.
• The “Total Balance Owed” indicates any charges or fees due to White Rose Villas

 

2. Reservations

This section offers more transparency into who stayed at your property. Unlike Ciirus, which only showed amounts, this section in Streamline includes:

• The number of nights booked
• Guest reservation details
• The commission charged, ensuring full transparency

 

3. Owner payments / Additional owner income

This section lists any payments made by the owner and additional income from extras such as:

• Pool heat charges
• Other additional services requested by guests
• Payments you’ve made toward expenses

Descriptions in this section provide clarity on each transaction.

 

4. Owner charges and expenses

This section breaks down all property-related expenses, such as:

• Maintenance or call-out fees

• Monthly service fees
• Utility payments (utility statements can be viewed in attachments)
• Housekeeping or repairs
• Cleaning fees (only for owner stays and owner guest stays)

Each charge is clearly itemized, making it easy to track property costs.  Figures in brackets are charges to the owner.

 

5. Payments to owner

This section shows any payments sent to you, providing clarity on:

• How much was disbursed
• When the payment was made
• The total amount you received

 

6. Owner held

This section reflects funds that are being held on your account for future disbursement. These transactions have not yet been charged but will be processed at a later date.

 

7. Monthly fee: software and support service fee

 

Where to find your statements in Streamline

You can access your statements in both the Streamline app and the desktop portal:

1. Log into your Owner Portal.
2. Navigate to Dashboard > Reports > Month-End Statements.
3. Select the month you want to review.
4. Download or print for your records if needed.

 

In addition to being available in the portal, statements have also been emailed as an attachment. If you haven’t received yours, please check your junk/spam folder or log in to the Owner Portal to access it.

• The payment is still being processed.
• There were no payouts for that month.
• Funds have been placed under “Owner Held” for later disbursement.

 

3. What is “Owner Held” and when will I receive these funds?

“Owner Held” represents funds that are being held on your account and will be disbursed at a later date. If you have questions about specific amounts in this section, please reach out to our team.

 

4. Can I get a real-time statement during the month?

No, statements are only available once the month is closed and processed. However, you can still review upcoming bookings and expected income in the Owner Portal.

 

5. What if I notice an error or discrepancy in my statement?
