Our homeowners can rely on Cailin to advise our guests about their homes – positively, transparently and always with a smile.
CAILIN FACT FILE
Favorite Disney Character: My favorite Disney character is Snow White. Her kindness, gentle spirit and love for both people and animals make her an easy favorite.
Favorite Theme Park: Believe it or not, I haven’t been to Disney yet – but we have taken our boys to Legoland. It was amazing! The park is super kid-friendly, packed with creative rides and full of hands-on fun. Watching our boys light up while building and exploring made it a favorite for our whole family.
Favorite Theme Park Ride: Any water ride! I love the splash, the surprise drops and how much fun it is to cool off while laughing the whole way through.
Favorite Local Attraction: Disney is at the top of my list. My husband and I really want to take our boys on a dream trip to the Magic Kingdom!
Favorite Local Restaurant: I love seafood and it’s not something I cook a lot at home so, if I were to dine out, I would probably go for a seafood restaurant. However, one of the things we love about staying in a vacation home is the extra flexibility, space and amenities it offers – including the kitchen!
It’s especially convenient when you’re travelling with your kids. We love the extra facilities and privacy that staying in a vacation home provides.
Top Packing Essentials: A good backpack. It keeps everything organized and makes traveling and theme park days way easier.
Best Traveling Tip: Plan ahead – but stay flexible. Some of the best memories come from unexpected adventures.
Favorite Vacation Home Feature: A private pool! It keeps the kids entertained for hours and gives us a chance to relax nearby.
Fun Fact About Me: I’m a mountain girl at heart. I grew up in Colorado, so give me a cozy cabin in the woods and I’m in my happy place.
Most Rewarding Part of My Job: Even working remotely, I love knowing I’m helping guests feel supported and cared for from behind the scenes. Being part of their special vacation experience, no matter where I am, is incredibly fulfilling.
ABOUT CAILIN
Hi Cailin! Tell us a little about yourself.
I love to learn new things and take on new challenges. Two years ago, my husband and I moved our family from our home state of Colorado to Oklahoma – following his family. We spent the last year working together flipping houses. We flipped eight properties in twelve months! It was hard work but incredibly rewarding to see the finished homes.
Before our move, I worked for a short-term lettings company for three or four years. So, when it was time to go back to work, it was natural to want to return to the short-term rentals market.
What do you love about working at White Rose Villas?
I love interacting with the guests. I love helping people and getting to know them. I really enjoy working in this industry.
The White Rose Villas team is awesome to work with. During my onboarding everyone was so patient with training me. For me, that is a huge plus.
Tell us about your role at White Rose Villas?
My main job is to make sure we are keeping up with messages from prospective guests. When someone is interested in renting a home, the speed at which you get back to them is really important. If you take too long to answer a query, they will go and book with someone else. I aim to respond within five to ten minutes.
When I’m not answering reservation enquiries, I work on the listing sites. It’s important to keep them updated regularly. This way, we get more traction.
What do you bring to the White Rose Villas reservations team?
I have a lot of experience in this industry. And I really enjoy it.
How do you hope to develop the role in the future?
To help more guests choose the right vacation home for them. And to make sure that the people who do stay with us have the best time.
It’s so rewarding when you help a guest. Recently, a guest was having trouble with the A/C because someone in their party kept leaving a door open and the sensors were going off. We got a property manager out to them really quickly. The guest called back to say thank you because they were so happy with the end result.
When we work together as a team to make sure the guest is happy and wanting to rebook with us, it’s so rewarding.
