  • How easy is it to get started with White Rose Villas?

    Very! During the onboarding process, we’ll collect vital information, view your home and create stunning new photographs, descriptions and listings. We’ll suggest improvements and ways to increase occupancy rates; you choose whether to act. With close cooperation we can start marketing and managing your home in just a couple of weeks.

  • Does my home have to fulfil certain criteria?

    We are looking for well-maintained homes in desirable areas that are available year-round for rental, although naturally you retain the right to stay whenever you like. There are certain things we ask you to provide as a homeowner, such as furniture, appliances and cookware, but we will discuss all this with you during your onboarding process.

  • Can you help me get my home guest ready?

    If you are interested in renting out your home to guests, we can provide a helpful list of must-have amenities for happy guests and five-star ratings. We can also support you with home remodelling, staging and furniture packages. If you are new to renting, we will support you through the entire process of getting your home ready to be rented. Even seasoned vacation homeowners appreciate the helpful advice of our expert team.

  • What does White Rose Villas do for vacation rental homeowners?

    We offer flexible vacation home management services – so we can do as much or as little as you like. Whether you simply wish us to look after the occasional cleaning and maintenance job or whether you would like full-service property management at a fixed monthly cost, you choose the package to suit you.

  • Do I have to sign a contact with a minimum term?

    When you sign with White Rose Villas, you will have an initial sign-up period of six months, with a 30-day cancellation period.

    If you prefer to fill the property with renters yourself that’s no problem. We have an automated system so you can block out dates simply and comprehensively. If you prefer us to market your home, sit back and relax while we rent and advertise your home for you. Many homeowners discontinue their own marketing efforts when they realise how successful our marketing is.

  • What are the costs of using White Rose Villas?

    Costs will vary by home and the services we deliver for you. Costs are always clear and transparent. We provide detailed monthly statements which are sent to you via email but you can go online anytime and check the itemised statements at your convenience. Our accounting department will provide you with a year-end accounting summary, 1099s and 1042s. Our promise to you is to exceed your expectations – both of us and your property. We are available when needed to solve any problem quickly and efficiently and give advice and assistance as you need us to, whether rentals, furnishing, maintenance, or additional investments.
