Accessing the availability calendar

  • Log in to your Owner Portal.
  • Navigate to the Availability Calendar section from the main menu or dashboard.

Understanding the calendar view

 

The availability calendar provides you with a snapshot of your property’s schedule.

The color codes make it easy to identify different types of bookings:

  • Vacant dates: Displayed as white.
  • Owner stays: Displayed as light blue.
  • White Rose Villas bookings: Displayed as blue.
  • Owner guest stays: Displayed as yellow.

This visual overview helps you quickly assess the status of your property at a glance.

Key features of the availability calendar

 

View booking details: Click on any reserved date to see details of the reservation, including guest name, arrival/departure dates, and notes.

Scroll through months: Use the arrow buttons in the top right corner of the availability calendar to navigate through different months and view future or past availability.

Block dates: You can use the calendar view to make reservations in the system.

If you need to block dates for personal use or to make a reservation for a guest:

  • Select the desired dates directly on the calendar.
  • The select the dates and click “Book dates”.  This is an easy way to make bookings on the system.
  • Follow the prompts to confirm your request.

How to generate a future reservations report

  • For a comprehensive overview of all upcoming bookings:
  • Go to the Reports section in the Owner Portal.
  • Select Future Reservations Report.
  • Customize the report to include key details like arrival dates, departure dates, and guest names.
  • Download or save the report for your records.

 

Tips for using the calendar view effectively

 

Keep your dates updated: Regularly check your owner stay dates to ensure everything is accurate.

Review availability frequently: Use the calendar to identify open dates and plan personal stays or maintenance.
