This guide will explain how to view and manage reservations in your Owner Portal.

How do I manage reservation arrival dates?
We want to make sure you’re fully equipped with all the tools and information needed to manage your property with ease. Below, you’ll find a quick guide specifically about managing reservation arrival dates.
View and sort reservations by arrival dates
To easily view and organize your reservations based on arrival dates, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Owner Portal and click on Dashboard.
- Select Reservations to view a list of all current and future bookings.
By default, reservations are sorted by the most recently entered. This ensures you can quickly see the latest updates.
Change the number of reservations shown
You can view reservations in the list by 10, 25, 50 or 100.
Simply use the drop-down list to select the number of reservations you wish to view at any time.
Sort reservations by arrival date
By default the reservations are sorted by reservation date, so the most recently booked reservations appear at the top of the list.
Many of you prefer to view reservations by arrival date order.
To sort reservations by arrival date, click on the Arrival Date column. Clicking it again will toggle the order between ascending and descending dates, allowing you to view bookings in the order that works best for you.
Sort other columns: All the columns in the reservation list can be sorted by clicking on their headings. For example, you can sort by guest name, departure date, or any other column by simply pressing the heading. Clicking the heading again will reverse the order.
Search reservations: Use the search or filter options at the top of the Reservations page to quickly locate specific bookings by guest name, property, or other criteria.
Toggle owner stays: There is also a toggle button that allows you to display only your stay dates. This is particularly useful if you’d like to quickly verify when your property is booked for your personal stays.
TIP: Using reservation reports
For a more detailed look at your bookings, head to the Reports section in the Owner Portal and generate a Future Reservations Report. This report provides a comprehensive overview of all upcoming bookings, making it easier to plan ahead and track occupancy trends. You can customize the report to include key details like arrival dates, departure dates, and guest names.
How to view reservation details
To access more information about a reservation booked by White Rose Villas, follow these steps:
Navigate to the reservations section
- Log in to the Owner Portal and go to the Reservations section.
- Select the Reservation
- Find the reservation in the list and click on the reservation number located in the “Res#” column.
- View Detailed Information
- A separate box will open, displaying all the details about the reservation.
- Return to the Reservation Table
- When you’re ready to go back to the main table, simply press the arrow button at the top.
TIP: Search for a particular reservation
You can also enter information into the Search field to find a particular reservation.
