How do I access owner statements in the Owner Portal?

First, log into the portal and choose the Reports option.

This guide will walk you through accessing your monthly owner statements and understanding the updates regarding statement availability.
Statement updates
All previous statements from the Cirrus system have only been issued to owners who requested them. They can be emailed or uploaded to the new portal as attachments, based on your preference.
Any outstanding balances from the Cirrus system have been carried forward to the new system.
How to view your statements
- Log in to the Owner Portal.
- Navigate to the dashboard.
- Click on reports.
Select Month End Statement: This section will display all monthly statements moving forward.
Need past statements?
If you would like a copy of any of your past statements from the Cirrus system, please reach out to Amanda at amanda@whiterosevillas.com.
These legacy statements can be emailed directly to you or uploaded as attachments to the new portal for your convenience.
