Our record over time for all ratings now stands at 100 percent.

Cleanliness 5-star ratings 100 percent
Communication 5-star ratings 100 percent
Value 5-star ratings 100 percent
Overall 5-star ratings 100 percent
This is an amazing achievement. Our ratings are always high, but to return to 100 percent across the board – in accuracy, quality, cleanliness, communication and value – is especially rewarding.
Of course, we recognise that ratings fluctuate over time. It only takes one bad review to affect the 100 percent satisfaction rating. This means we can’t guarantee that these 100 percent ratings will always continue across all categories. Customer reviews are something beyond our control!
We do, however, continually work to deliver the very best service we can for our homeowners and your guests.
